I know it might cost a little but a supercharger and a small pulley and transmission stall converter would really fucking pump that build to the next level you can make good numbers of boost just head studs good gaskets and valve springs and a proper tune
Very nice. Don’t forget or neglect to do your brake flushes. It makes a huge difference when stopping, especially from highway speeds. Also, if you are running stock suspension consider installing polyurethane sway bar bushings and links. Last but not least, install new bump stops front and rear.
Great lookin' WJ! I really like your suspension set up. I'm a fan of Bilsteins. Love my inline six, too! Think I'm gonna go with a winch plate instead of a ginormous bumper, at least at first.
It's very nice the excellent suspension truck all the modifications you made is excellent the only thing I don't like is that that 6-cylinder model would be better an 4.7 8-cylinder engine
Nice Jeep. I still have the one I bought from you. I haven modified it at all. But it seems you all did some things to it. The flex is insane. I haven’t even put in the front drive shaft. It is currently being used in my business . Just recently it developed death wobble. The bushings in the control arms are new. Ive had this WJ for 3 years i think. Yes, we used, I believe, 1.5" spacers. Factory JL wheels have a lot of positive offset and the tires rub on control arms if not used with spacers. O rat least in our case.
The dana 44a was only available for the V8 wj's. If he pulled it from a standard v8 it would have 3.73-1 gears which helps with the bigger tires. If he pulled it from an 4.7 HO it would have 3.91-1 gears. I own both models.
@@DavidSanchez-ib4ft I've never heard of the 3.91 gearing option. Was under the impression that all the V8 WJ rigs had 3.73. do you know if they had a non veriloc axle option with those gears?
@@turbolq4 Not that I'm aware of. It was only for the 4.7HO Overland model, and they only came with the Vari-lock axle. I have 2 sets of vari- locks and 1 open set. No body roll, with the rear geometry it doesn’t dive or squat when starting or stopping. Also huge amount of flex.
