    Today we have drop sets and isometrics!

    I have no idea how these shorter workouts with lighter weights/no weights are SO MUCH HARDER than traditional strength training. WOOOOOOO FEELING THE BURN 💪🏽 Thank you Chris for another memorable torcher!

    Chris this was a really great arm workout today .it was great to use my mix of weights .I put everything into the workout .my arms and shoulders felt like they were on fire .but in such a great way.i put all my best effort and concentration in today and I worked to my very very best .I had to stop a couple of times to mop up my sweat but it was a really great workout.i feel so much stronger and fitter after the workout .I really enjoyed the workout .and working so hard .I am really feeling it now in my arms and shoulders wowza !!     What I love about this workout is how hard it was. I loved doing the alphabet with and without the weights. It would be fun to do the alphabet with our legs for ab exercises too. I think we have done that before. Thanks for always being so creative, Chris❤

    This was such an effective upper body workout! I can’t believe I did the same exercise for 1 minute and 30 seconds. This one went so quickly! I love strength training Mondays 🎉 the ABC moves in the beginning and at the end were great.

    Back in my gym days, probably the heaviest weight I ever lifted was maybe a 10lb. and that felt heavy for me. Even back then, I asked the instructor how to define my shoulders, and they gave me great ideas. Now, following your program for 4 years now, I can do shoulder raises with 10s!!! And have some sweet definition in my shoulders!!!🎉🥰 Thank you for your cheerful guidance and free advice! 😘

    What amazes me even more today is that I forgot all about my glutes being on fire when my arms started to cry. haha. Every grade 1 teacher needs to do that alphabet with the arms!! I’ve done it with my legs before but this is even more fun. Love Mondays with Chris!! ❤️

    As always, an excellent workout from our amazing trainer, Chris. When I got to the end of this workout, I thought to myself, that went by quickly, considering that when we were in the midst of a 60 second move, my thoughts were that minute couldn’t lapse soon enough! 🥵💪💪🔥

    Wow… talk about using those muscles to the point of exhaustion ! This one is a killer! I had to drop weight for the second round but don’t care at all… it only means that I worked as hard as I could because I literally could not finish the set without dropping. Thanks so much! 😻

    Really felt the abs spelling out the alphabet with and without weights. First workout using weights in over a week while I tried to heal from carpal tunnel pain in my right hand.

    Another super duper one! "Drop sets" - loved the 60 seconds then 30 seconds (drop weight) pump. Loved this! I could really see my biceps this afternoon still being pumped up!!!!! HA HA HA!

    Thanks for the variety. Just had a minor surgery, so not allowed to go overhead for a few weeks. Did a bunch of triceps kickbacks instead. Loved this format.❤

    my shoulders have been playing up more than usual recently and so I reduced the weight and concentrated on form....I feel so much better for doing that and still felt the muscles really working. I particularly loved that final neck stretch....Im going to be repeating that again and again after hunching at the computer. Thank you so much. Your weekly programme of workouts really is so effective for all levels. ❤

    After the full body toning class yesterday and then PT for the legs I woke up with a nice "I used my legs" feeling. Today I wanted some more arms and took this class on. Wow, that was a good one with the drop sets.
