    I will never have a complaint about what she does! FREE workouts!!! As a former online personal trainer this is a huge gift to everyone she does this for!
    The time and energy it takes to come up with, create, and execute, a workout video for free should be appreciated beyond what she gets credit for! Sydney you rock it girl. I love your videos and workouts that I can do from home! I know it’s not easy keeping it fresh with home workouts and girl you doin your thing and we love it. I see you!!!🙌. Your stage is amazing by the way !

    Bring calories back! It gives an idea of how tough the workouts are compared to others, even knowing that I will burn less because of my age and size.

      You can always make the workout tough, regardless of knowing her calorie burn. Just show up and give it all you have in the tank ❤️

    So, I think most of us are aware that Sydney's calorie burn won't be the same as our calorie burn. We all seem to know that age, weight, muscle mass, etc. will be factored into our own individual burn. However, I appreciate Sydney including her burn. I don't always do the videos in order and some days I know I can handle an intense calorie burn in a short amount time and other days I know I can still show up and choose something a little less intense, and that's part of what keeps me showing up! I know I have an idea of the intensity when choosing a video! Please Sydney, bring it back! Love you either way, but it was really helpful!

    Very good workout I really missed this format! However having the total calories burned has been always a motivation for me even though the amount of calories we all burn is different for everyone, it was really nice to have it as a reference.

    Please bring back the calorie count, Sydney! I know that they’re based on your size, weight, intensity, etc. and may not be accurate for everyone else. But it’s still a helpful benchmark for those of us that don’t have any tools to assess our calorie burn!

    Bring calorie burn back! I never track my own just so I don't become obsessive about it but, seeing what your burn gives a rough estimate and is very motivating!!

      Your calories burned is solely going to be dependent on your body. Your height, weights, what weights you're using if it's a strength day, the temperature in your room, are you talking/coaching throughout the workout as well? The calories you burn in a 30-60 minute workout are so miniscule when compared to your overall daily calorie expenditure. I love that the calories are now gone, it takes away the comparison game, which can be discouraging. Everyone is going to burn differently, what matters most is that you show up and give it your all, regardless. Plus, the accuracy of fitness trackers is a joke. Those are just estimates as well. Please don't let the calorie burn being gone take away from the amazing experience that Sydney and Dustin provide for us every single day, for FREE.

    I rested for 3 days. I did not want to do any workout...in a slump of rest. BUT I finished this workout this evening and like we all know glad to find the strength to start and the strength to finish. I was drenched in sweat! Struggled with the last move - deadlift into squat. I have go at my own pace during transitions because I notice I hurt myself when I rush to keep up. Im learning to listen to my body and where I am at. Rushing will injure me. Sydney is a gift to us all who can’t afford gyms and don’t know where to start. Love her heart and her work! 🥰

    Holy crud! I am rather petite and still burned 544 calories from this bad boy! All that jumping reminded me of my old soccer days ;) When you said that others are rep for rep doing this with you from around the world, I got lit up for sure!     Would it be possible to give each workout a ranking? I know the calorie information is off but I used it to gauge how much cardio/strength was in each workout and at what intensity level (how much jumping v. low impact) each workout is. I love your workouts and am so thankful for them during this crazy time! Thanks Sydney 🙏

    No Matter what.....I did it! Energy not the best, but attitude is greatly improved after my Sydney Session! Was in the garden and helping my husband lift 4 huge 15 foot long metal pieces of a boat lift out of our truck! All I wanted to do was exercise. He said that since I am so much "stronger" now ( Thanks Sydney) that it should be easy! Anyway, I am rambling to my online community! I am being accountable and I am grateful! Be HAPPY!!!

      Calorie burn will depend on your current weight and how high you keep your heart rate up. I'm 138 pounds and burn 300 to just over 300 if I really really push myself.

    hey sydney! i know there’s a lot of comments about bringing back the calories and i just wanted to let you know- I’ve struggled for a long time with an eating disorder, over exercise, a bad relationship with exercise, and a lot of anxiety and self hate. i’ve always loved your workouts but i had to watch myself because i would pick workouts based on the calorie burnt and my level of self hatred, not picking based on what my body needed or what i FELT like doing. obviously it’s your channel and your choice, i just wanted to let you know that it’s actually really helped me to not have the calories 😊

    Love the new stage! You guys are killing it! Understand about taking the calories down. Tough when folks say its misleading when they don't burn the cals listed, but that's why the asterisks were there. Keep doing you and keep shining girl! The Sydney Squad loves ya!

    Yes! Crushed this work out. Work out #4 of the week done. I was going to work out every other day but the last two weeks I have been wanting to work out almost every day giving myself a two day break. My ultimate goal is 125-130 pounds then maintaining and toning from there. I was 189 pounds at the end of my pregnancy in November 2018 and four months postpartum I was 174 pounds. I currently have lost almost 36 pounds in just over a year of healthy eating and hiit work outs. Im 138-137 pounds now so im super close to my goal. I never use to like working out but now I'm addicted.

    Sydney, you rocks! I turned 50 early this year. I am used to run and had my total knee replace last year. It took me more than a year to feel better to work out (almost fully and take care of my other knee and body). I by body got fatigued of the workouts, especially working out at home. I thought to try your workout (older version of 30 days challenge). Wow, you got my body out of the rut and stared to see toned arms and legs. I addition, I lost weights and not gain with WFH. I Couldn't wait to start the summer and other 30 days challenge! Keep it up!

    I don’t know if you saw my comment about low back pain while doing squats and deadlifts, but I was happy you slowed down and explained them a bit more this workout. I feel like my back didn’t hurt as bad (at least with the deadlifts lol). So thank you I reallllly appreciate that. I was almost not going to do this workout because I saw the deadlifts lmao.
    And side note, I’m really happy for you for getting your new studio it looks really fancy! I’ve recently found you during this quarantine and you really help with my mental and physical health. So thanks a bunch ❤️❤️❤️

    Sydney please post how many calories you burn each workout as it gives a general idea about what I can expect. I burn always half of what you burn, that way I know the intensity of my training.

    It really helps me when you remind us that we are sweating it out with thousands of other people! So when it gets hard, even though I'm grinding it out alone in a little room in my apartment, I don't feel very alone at all! xx

    My little 4 year old boy usually comes down while I workout, and tries a few moves lol but today is the first day he came down this week, he looked at the tv and got wide eyed and smiled, and said "wow, cool workout, it's blue," haha. He keep saying it over and over “cool workout” lol. It was pretty cute, so my 4 year old approves your new studio 🎉🎉🎉

    I have been following you for a few weeks and I am so glad I found your channel. I'm not normally someone who likes talking about positivity - or listening to it for the matter - but I actually got so fond of your encouraging vibe. I love that you care about our form, that you change it up to make sure we don't get bored, that you train with us and are here for us every day. It's not easy! As someone who does youtube myself I know how difficult it can be to be punctual, to never miss an upload, you actually do much better than me on that one!
    This workout was so fun. I sweated so much on my mat it's actually kind of disgusting but you had me feeling strong, feeling motivated and I keep challenging myself with moves that maybe I didn't think I could do.
    I'm so proud for you and Dustin for getting to this point and I will be following your next many workouts. Now that I found you I won't let you go haha!
