Hey doctor I’m living in italy my face is darker than my body mn body looks like super light even my hands but my face is darker 😢 it looks ugly become 2 colours on your face and body some people laugh at me 😢😢 please help me solve this problem I’m using a sunscreens but no improvement 😢😢
Exposed areas of the body will definitely be darker than those that are not, pero if super layo ng difference it could mean that you are not applying your sunscreen correctly (not enough ot you dont reapply etc). You can start with that, then you can also add lightening creams and lotions

I had posted this question on the video you made regarding expired products..In order to get your advice sooner I asked it here too..I have a 'Oriflame Milk and Honey' scrub which I found expired in September 2022, but I used it just once long back.
Can I continue to use it now? If yes How long should I?
If you watched my video I mentioned there certain characteristics that would make me still use and expired products. Just follow that. In any case, as a personal rule I do not use any skincare product that has expired more that 6 months especially on my face. Also there are certain products that spoil faster than others, and practices that expose products to the elements more often, like opening and closing, dipping your fingers into the jar etc, you should also take those into consideration.

Doc, have you created a content about prominent veins on legs and arms; veins that are very visible and a bit big but do not fall under the category of varicose? Eg. It’s not a contraindication :) the youngest ive done is 15 yo
