Hi doc, I’ve recently purged because I stopped taking OCP (for years) to take a break. I tried using adapalene (klenzit) but my faced purged even more (especially on chin area) and stopped using it after a month (as prescribed by derm). Now I’m back with OCP but I have a lot of acne marks. What’s the best treatment to lighten acne marks? And do you suggest I do tretinoin? (saw a lot of your content on this as gold standard). Thanks so much doc!

Hi Doc! Would you recommend an Oxygeneo facial and Carbon laser treatments while on isotretinoin? I’m on my 4th month, taking 20mg 3x a week :))
That would depend on your current skin condition now, the dosage or your oral meds and what other ingredients you are using. Best to talk to your derm about it 🙏🏻☺️

Hi, can I ask you something? I've been having those excess or clump of skin or dead cells in my face which I think resulted from chicken pox (I have it for about 2 years na), what can I do to remove it? Tnx for answering...❤❤

Depends sa klase ng scars, sa pain tolerance mo, skin type, budget and time for downtime.
I’m from Bicol Doc and I learned na you’re from Naga pala, sayang nasa Makati po yung clinic niyo gusto ko sana magpa consult. Ubos na ubos na po yung confidence ko dahil sa acne and I had consulted a skin specialist before but nothing really works. Wala po kasing board certified dermatologist sa lugar namin

That’s one part of it :) melasma involves a lot of other ingredients and products with different indications and treatments as well :)
si jan my first content creator na nakilala ko sa social media sa kanya ko nalaman yung niacinamide and azelaic acid and also the important of using sunscreen after a month ayun nag silabasan yung mga eme eme na content creator dyan. lakas maka recommend ng product pero ang totoo bayad sila😅
