    Your video and audio quality are getting better and better. I have been a silent viewer, Doc Gaile, and I appreciate this kind of informative content. ❤ Can you make a video debunking natural oils like emu oil, castor oil, rosehip oil, etc. as skincare? 😊

    Hello Doc, i use to get eye irritation/watery eyes when i use sunscreen, any tips? Or what may cause this?

    • @irenegaile
      @irenegaile  3 месяца назад +1

      Hmm try a different sunscreen, there are filters that are stinging to the eyes when they get to them. I find that mineral sunscreens either sting less or not at all.

    Hi Doc! Better po ba n physical sunscreen ang gamitin? Lalo n dito sa atin n sobrang init. Chemical user ako before and nalaman ko na inaabsorb pala nya yung init unlike nga sa physical n hindi. So nagphysical ako but on days na I am using foundation on my face there's blotchiness. 😂 At yun yung d ko gusto sa physical. Pero kung better ang physical I'll go for it and blend-blend lang ng maayos. Sana mapansin. Thank you! ❤

    • @irenegaile
      @irenegaile  3 месяца назад +1

      Physical and chemical sunscreens both work by absorbing UV radiation and converting then to heat instead. I actually prefer to use hybrid sunscreens - mix of both physical and chemical :)

    Paano po doc ma cure yung braso nung sa 1st video. I mean paano ma even(paano maging katulad ng kulay ng legs yung braso ulit)?

    • @irenegaile
      @irenegaile  3 месяца назад

      Hindi na yun mababalik sa dati kasi years of sun damage na un. Can be improved with topical creama and procedures but kung ganun kalala ung skin damage d n babalik sa dati.

    Hi Doc. I had my first CO2 frac laser a month ago. And i finished my 2nd session today. Ang question ko po, on my 1st session even until my 2nd session meron pa ding redness sa face ko, visible pa din yung difference ng complexion sa other regions ng face. Is that normal po? In my research online and the vids i've watched in youtube, parang wala naman umaabot ng 1month downtime. Hope mapansin nio po comment ko. Thank you. 🙂

    • @irenegaile

      In my experience, wala pa, but there maybe factors kasi that can lead to prolonged erythema - high settings used, skin sensitivity, post procedure care etc. best to discuss this with your practitioner or ung gumawa ng treatment

    Hello doc! Is Erbium laser more powerful than C02 laser for deep acne scars?

    • @irenegaile
      @irenegaile  3 месяца назад +1

      They are both ablative lasers that are good for scars. It is often believed na mas aggressive ung CO2 and more effective than ErYAG but can have more side effects. But with advancements in technology, depending on the machine and the parameters used, they can produce similar results. The more important questions to ask are: what machine will be used and is the doctor doing it experienced enough and can handle Side effects should they arise:)

    hi doc question lang po about co2. you mentioned na it would take 6 or more sessions para makita talaga yung improvement sa skin. About po dun, if say for instance naka 3 sessions ka, with 3 weeks interval, tapos di na nasundan after a year, does that mean na yung 4th session is considered parang back to zero na?

    • @irenegaile
      @irenegaile  2 месяца назад +1

      The 6 session is on the average, some people may need more, some may need less. Whatever improvements ung nangyari hindi naman mawawala but then we still age, so i recommend maintenance sessions if you want your skin to keep improving or keep the results from previous sessions 🙏🏻

      Lasers like any other treatments that injure the skin may possible worsen melasma-- i suggest you discuss this dun sa gumawa ng treatment sayo.

I'm 33, I don't have wrinkles pa Naman, no dark spots Lang, but I have mild rosacea. So may light redness sa cheeks and enlarged pores Lang. Can that help in the long run?? Di Naman ako nagmamadali.
