- A man who was pistol-whipped and choked by a Colorado police officer in disturbing bodycam footage is speaking out to Inside Edition about the incident. On July 23, two Aurora officers were responding to a trespassing call. Officer John Haubert detained Kyle Vinson, ordered him to roll onto his stomach and pointed a gun at him, the bodycam footage shows. Vinson was hit, pistol-whipped, and had his face pressed into the ground for 39 seconds by Haubert, who is now facing felony charges.
I’m happy the officer who didn’t speak up was also charged

An officer took a suspect’s dead daughter’s ashes and lied and said they came back as positive for being drugs, but another officer gave him an ear full at the squad car, prior to that I’ve never seen another officer intervene his partner’s advances.

I just don’t understand why *SOME* officers feel so entitled that you’re disrespecting them by asking them why you’re being arrested. It makes no sense. He was reasonably just asking why he was being arrested, and he didn’t get an answer. If he felt innocent of course he’s not going to comply with these barbarian arresting techniques. This isn't the beginning of the video. Only part of it. He was with 2 other people, and the police had their names. All 3 had warrants. The other 2 ran off, but he didn't. He had an active warrant for probation violation from a domestic violence case.
