    Found you not so long ago and I love your video. You are real, your exercises are demanding but feasible. I do see improvement in my posture and flexibility. I am 51 and feel so good. Thank you so much

    Went into this thinking it would be an easy add-on to the weight routine I just did...nope! Not sure where you come up with some of these moves but they are intense!! so good!!

    For some reason everytime I lift the bottom leg on the side plank my top leg hurts and crunches, maybe I am doing it wrong or maybe I just need to wear shoes, anyway the second round I do side crunches in stead

    @Coach Kel I love your workouts! definitely going to work out with you!!! Do you have any suggestions for hips popping during some of the core work when lifting the legs. I am in pretty good shape, though I have always had this hip popping issue. thanks!!
