This boss can be found at the end of Stardust Speedway Zone: Act 2.
This boss consists of two waves:
- Wave 1: the boss will sent smaller enemies out to attack you, simply jump on them and they will shoot bullets back at the boss, repeat around 6 times for this wave to end.
- Wave 2: you will be chased after the boss, when his front arm goes down (the arm with the yellow hand) jump on him and try to attack the glass container protecting his gem. After a few hits the glass will break and the boss will be completely defeated.

I kinda of disagree, the last stage is frustating but the rest is pretty good in my opinion, a good and bad thing about sonic games is that you are supposed to redo a sstage over and over again
