I swear the past versions of the zones have the chillest music ever
Man, it has been SO LONG since I have heard this game's soundtrack! I never played the original Sega CD version, since I wasn't alive back then, but I absolutely loved this game when I used to play it on my tablet!
GOSH this is the BEST video of the “listening to this be like” meme… and I’ll always look fondly back on this video for prompting me to listen to the Sonic CD OST. What a banger

This is me when I look at it:
💀
The fact it only felt like yesterday this great meme was created and now it’s already been 10 months, damn
There's also that early version of Palmtree Panic Past that someone found in one of the betas that's called Salad Plain and it was in proper CD quality unlike the final version, it sounds really nice.
The hidden message is perfect for what I feel finding about it
man its like the us version of the eggman bossfight is like its showing us that eggman is an actual threat instead of a joke
I love how all the "Past" stage themes are MIDI sequences that use the Genesis sound chip, rather than MP3's burned to the CD like all the other tracks. Makes them sound so off, different, yet right at the same time for what they were.
The song “Little Planet” was supposed to be used for the game’s second stage, Dubious Depths.
I don’t get why nobody’s mentioning how on beat 3:43 is. (Also, this one was so groovy that it just stuck with me.)
5:41 Nice that a Milo Murphy's Law clip is being used in one of these kinds of videos! Sure, it's probably because of Doofenshmirtz from Phineas and Ferb, but it's still neat.
1:52. WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THAT PIANO
The Whole Palmtree panic "Past" one got a whole another FANDOM USING THIS AS A HORROR MEME LIKE ITS ACTUALLY A BANGER FOR THE PALM TREE PANIC "PAST" ONE! 😂

"Fun is infinite!"
Death suits the *Hidden Message* one.
Weird right?
Idk why but that song terrifies me so bad...
