It's the regular Sonic Mania, the Plus version is the updated version of it.

this is why Nintendo needs to take notes from SEGA when it comes to remakes and fangames. Nintendo of Japan shouldn't feel insulted let alone they ought to be flattered. When you have fans willing to remake your games for free as a company they ought to at least hire these people. Even AlphaOmegaSin would agree with me on this.

But sadly, Nintendo is arrogant and lawyer-happy, and they can be massive dicks. Especially to RUclipsrs. They need to embrace the creations of their fans, not threaten them with lawsuits, especially when they're not making a cent from them.
But no mention of how Square-Enix put the kibosh on the remake of Chrono-Trigger

ikr what the hell about that Chrono Trigger Remake. As for Nintendo I haven't been a big supporter of them for a long time. I generally only buy certain games for their console then many other games for the competition if you know what i mean.
