HOW TO Get SAMSUNG Refrigerator out of Demo / Shop / Factory Mode

- Did you accidentally set your Samsung refrigerator freezer to "shop," "cool," or "demo" mode? If there is an OF or FF displaying, the unit is set at a factory default for display only and is not cooling! Never fear, in this video we will show you a few simple steps to exit the Samsung demo/display mode and get your refrigerator back to normal. Thank you so much, we bought a new Samsung Refrigerator Freezer that had a couple of dents. It was on the showroom floor at Best Buy . We got a super good deal but when we got home with it we couldn’t get it to work. Your video was so helpful. My oldest grandson helped his paw paw get it going. I just had my new fridge delivered yesterday and the lights all flashing on the right side by the door panel. My model doesn’t have flex zone. I’ve been trying to wait 24 hours but so far it isn’t getting cold.

@@MRGREGSHOWTO Thank you for your response! I had a technician come out and discovered the fan isn’t working in the fridge so that’s why the temperature isn’t cooling down after the panel begin working. The part is preserved and I’m on the schedule to get it repaired.

My freezer set to 13 how do I set to 0

Sorry to hear that, partner! Some people run it in succession 2-3 times and have good results. Could be a couple other items as well. If you have access to another fridge you may want to unplug for a day or two to completely thaw.
