You go to task bar settings and turn off a toggle which says "replace command prompt...." Then run the CMD as Administrator again and then you'd get the error NTFS. Press Y and restart the device. It will start to run

Same even i replace my cable for printer to laptop , still i have problem in code 45 , I check printer hardware i disassemble and all goods may be the problem is software are the cable 😭
