My problem is not about camera but about bluetooth error code 45 (this hardware device is not connected to the computer reconnect it) telling like this

I have the same issue on my dell Vostro 3568. In my laptop's device manager, it has 2 drivers one named as Integrated webcam (in it's description it works properly) and the other is named as PC camera (which has code 45 error). Done all the steps but still doesn't help.

It did not work. the code reads: currently this hardware device is not connected to the computer(code45) to fix reconnect this hardware device to the computer, I went to Legacy to replace the drives, they don't have them or can installed, by the way, I am trying to make my dvd-cd to work, after upgrading to W10, it just disappeared.
I've watched all the RUclipss and done all the things and I still cant get it working. I feel like all the Indians in the world can't help me at this point.

I did all the stages till the end - the last phase of msdt.exe it didn't give me "apply the fix" option but some message about the USB(error 45) (my camera is buit in).when I'm restarting my computer, the camera is working fine. but then it disconnected and again I'm getting the same error (It happend to me twice while using the zoom). I have an HP computer- windows 10. Is there anything else I can do ?
If you have HP computer, Go to HP official website, and search for your hp model then search for your webcam driver. If you find it, download and install . But first uninstall the camera driver from your device manager. May it solves your problem.

the command prompt doesnt work. I copied the one in the description but it says Error: 740
