It is 470 yards, and with my old taylor made burner balls I could hit it OB past the green in 2 shots so I had to be careful. But now I use random balls, and I end up shy of even reaching the green. Its definitely worth the extra distance if you can afford it.
I'd happily play these if I'm only going to loose 10 yards with driver. Means I will end up a bit behind the bush I usually end up in the middle of 🤣🤣🤣

Just a Heads-up: For your average golfer that doesn’t have quite the swing speed and will have a bit less compression than a pro player, they’re likely to experience an almost negligible difference in terms of distance loss vs an expensive ball. So I wouldn’t worry too much about this if you aren’t the type that can carry a drive over 260 yards. An average joe golfer might lose a couple yards at most off the tee with this ball, if that. A professional player such as this guy testing the ball indoors that is compressing the ball more and has that bigger swing speed and distance is far more likely to experience a noticeable difference. Meaning: This ball is perfectly fine for your average player, even off the tee, so don’t be dissuaded from buying it.
I'm 71 years old and I can play these balls just fine. The other balls I buy are ProV1s. I love to play the ProV1s and play them often. If I am NOT having a particularly good round, I switch to Kirkland. I feel like I am saving money (somehow). My distances hold perfectly.

Rick, I can’t express how much your videos have helped with my game. With three kids I play only a few times a year. I’m a bogey golfer and am usually in the low 90’s. During quarantine I have watched all of your videos and very much related to your instructions. I was very confident yesterday leading into my first round of golf in over 6 months. I shot a 78! Yes, my lowest score by far. I get every fairway but 2. I hit every par 3 green but two. I was hitting my long irons well and my woods. It was literally unbelievable. I can’t wait to get out again. I am sharing your content with everybody I know. Thank you.
The new v2 fixed Rick’s two biggest issues with v1. The ball carry distance has significantly improved, with a lower spin rate and higher ball speed. And supposedly an improved urethane cover so we can hopefully expect better durability.
Hey love the channel and reviews. I play Kirklands because I can only get out to the course once a month, and for the average golfer there really isnt a reason they shouldnt be buying this ball. I would have loved you to compare this ball to others besides the completely best balls out there like prov1s and tp5s...I really feel like this is not their competitors. They are actually competing against stuff like the superhots and wilson staffs. hope you see this. Still loved that I got to see the numbers on the ball I use most!
Hey Justin, The thing is those 2 balls are the main competitor of the Kirkland ball. They are the only ball from the "Big" brands that have a 3 or more piece Urethane cover. So the main competition is the ProV1/1X and the TP5/TP5X most of the other "budget" golf balls use a Surlyn cover. there are a few Budget balls that use a Urethane cover but almost all of those are 2 piece construction which is why they are sold at a similar price to the Kirkland Ball
@@brettanderson9674 I agree with your assessment and I appreciate the comparison to those balls. What I was hoping for was a comparison based on price and not just quality. Showing the budget balls...the Kirkland's and the prov1s and tp5s. Would have really shown where these balls fit in the lineup for the golfers that are actually buying them.
I think if you are looking for a budget ball and don't care about the "minor" benefits of a better more expensive ball these are about as good as you can hope for. For higher level players that extra 10 yards off driver is a big enough benefit that it is worth the extra money.
I hope that everyone out there remembers that Rick is hitting his driver 300+ yards! So when he is testing clubs or golf balls for distance what do the results really mean for someone hitting their drives 250 yards, or some one hitting their drives 200-220 yards? It means the difference in distances are going to be much less that than the results he is getting!! We all appreciate the testing he does, but remember they probably would not be the same results for the rest of us!
This. For average joe with 90-100mph driver swing speed, there is basically no difference in carry. We don't compress the ball enough. Now if you are a good golfer with 110mph+ swing speed and carry the ball 270 yards, sure, get the Pro Vs.
@@SupeDefy compression is a test of feel, not of performance. By your logic, why do all LPGA players, with an average driver swing speed of 94mph, play a multi-layered high-performance golf ball? The answer is because on approach and around the green (chipping and pitching) a high-performance golf ball, with a urethane cover, responds better because you can impart more spin due to a softer material on the cover. If a golf ball is a conforming golf ball, the distance that YOU will get will be nominal in carry. The difference you'll see between a Top-Flight and a TP5 or Pro V1 will be the response you get when you're trying to get the ball stopping closer to the pin OR if you hit the green, it stays on the green. This all is without factoring in the difference in cost. Meaning, if you don't want to buy a Pro V1 or TP5 based on cost, understandable. You're still better off playing a Costco brand one than a Top-Flight. But that also doesn't factor in quality control which is a different subject.
@@blzt3206 Anything specifically you'd like expanded on? For one, I can tell you a lot of golfers are focused mainly on swing speed as their primary determination for golf ball choice. This is a marketing fallacy. I say this because lets take for example my swing speed vs. a generic tour player. While it is the case that a tour player can swing remarkably faster than I can, it doesn't negate the benefits one would receive from playing higher end golf balls. If my driver is as fast a tour pros 5 iron, the tour player isn't going to switch golf balls based on those differing swing speeds. He or she will play the same golf ball because the benefits of playing the higher end golf ball are seen more on the approach and around the greens for all golfers and not seen on the driver to the same extent. You hit maybe 14 drivers in a round, but a vast amount more approach and around the green shots. So, for arguments sake, lets say you do get 5 more yards off the tee with a Top-Flight. That five yards does not offset the loss of control and spin into and around the green which is much more impactful on your score if you can chip and putt less by holding the green or getting the ball to stop closer to the pin.
Have been looking at Kirkland reviews from number of resources (you tube, commercial testing et al) and many came to similar conclusions as you did. Basically, the driver left a few “carry” yards on the tee. For those who hit the ball a bit shorter than yourself (which is probably the majority of viewers) it was only couple of yards. However, due to a bit lower driver spin rate the total yards was just about the same. Not sure if that was similar to your total distance results. On drives my concern is total and being straight, which it appears the Kirkland does. Durability is potentially an issue, but if a ball is typically good for a few rounds, or is lost probably not a huge factor. Your videos are super and teaching excellent, so your thoughts and opinions are greatly respected. I just find it difficult to pay $4/ ball when this one seems to be very close at $1/ball. I am a senior in my 70’s, drive around 240-250 yards total, play fairly well so have to wonder if I am missing something? I suspect it won’t impact my game at this stage. Your thoughts are always welcome. Thanks.
I played my first and only round of the year so far in March with Kirkland Signatures. I thought the feel was great and I had more control around the greens than I had with Wilson Staff balls. I did notice durability issues - by the end of the round on a par 3 course, I thought the ball looked about 75% to unplayable. Still, for the price and the feel, I’d call it an upgrade! The way I play, 10 yards of driving distance means I might still be in the woods instead of on the neighboring fairway so no big deal here! Glad you reviewed this ball, thanks Rick!
Rick you cannot imagine how my face changes when I receive the alert of a new video from your channel!! I quickly call my son (7 years old!) and we enjoy the video both together! Greetings from Spain🇪🇸
Hello. I had a bunch of these Kirkland balls that I found out on a course. Yesterday I played a round with this type of ball. I played two balls the whole round. They held up pretty good (minimal wear) and they performed well. I kept away from them in the past, but was very impressed. Rick, thanks for posting this video!
Nice review Rick. I have been playing with the Kirkland 3-piece ball for well over a year now and love them. You are right that they are a bit shorter on the driver in comparison to the Pro V or TP5 (my ball fitting showed TP5 was the longest for my swing 5-8 yards on average). Yet in all honesty, that did I was not disappoint; moreover, I would argue that 95% of the golfers out there will not be. As to the spin on the wedge, NO golf ball that I have played has given me more stopping and spin action that the Kirkland...they are simply amazing. In short, I highly recommend this golf ball for play...and the cost savings will put a big smile on your wallet as well!
I started playing these this fall after finding one on the course and playing It for several holes with great results. They are plenty good enough for my game (10 handicapper not a long hitter). I like the feel and the spin I get on the greens. At my skill level, the perform no differently than a Pro V1 at 1/4 the price.
Thanks again for the stellar equipment reviews! As a recreational golfer on a college budget, I am always looking for a cheaper ball that still performs well. The lower durability won’t be much of an issue, as the woods claim my balls long before wear n’ tear do!
@@brendan859 I play the 3 piece. People freak out on how I can drop and stop a chip shot. a little shorter off the driver but more accurate. TP is the only thing I've found better.
I play these and love them. Have not noticed a drop in driver distance on course (106mph Driver speed) cover durability is slightly down compared to other balls I've played, but still absolutely worth a try!
As always Rick provides an honest review on equipment. I’ve spent 5 years stalking him and his reviews and he is my highest trusted source when it comes to honest equipment reviews. That said, not everyone swing as fast as Rick so take this review with a grain of salt. A good golfer has their ball choice and stays with it, Tour B XS for me always, this is for the casual gamer and meets the needs for the purpose. Price can’t be beat so stock up and make this a B-player shot if you yell four a lot or just golf every few months or so. Handicap approved for 16+ in my opinion. Thanks @rick for another awesome review, from your enviable home virtual course. Hit’em well everyone!
@@DylanHarperGolf love the VICE ball so worth a review surely. This looks like another decent entry innto that market space. If you are playing twenty to thirty full wedge shots (to get the medium damage we see here) with a ball before losing it or just swapping out for a new one then I'd wonder why you're in the market for cheap balls because you are more than likely playing off single figures? How do you tell which year a pro V1 is from? A pro V1 is a Pro V1 is a Pro V1 they don't come in years the only discount I've ever come across on them is re-cons which are not nearly as good as new ones - if you have details of an outlet that sells "old stock" brand new Pro V1s at knock down I'm in - give us a link :-)
Chris Timbers you can tell by the core and alignment aid on the side of a prov1. Srixon numbers there ball from year to year and Bridgestone has changed packaging. You can find last years ball at a discount in the beginning of every year. I only play z stars and tour bs usually and never pay over 30 for 12 golf balls. Prov1s are tricky to find at a discounted rate so just I just buy the 4 and get 1 free every year during there loyalty months.
These are the perfect balls for the casual golfer who may lead one astray. No need to worry about losing them and also for a higher handicap golfer who doesn't have the control of a better golfer there is no need to spend $50 for a dozen balls. Close enough is good enough for a majority of golfers out there. Live the channel love the reviews I miss more frequent outings with pete. Thanks for the great content Rick.
I have a dozen or so of these 3 piece that I like to use when it gets colder, and about 6 four piece balls left to use now. For the price you can't go wrong! Thanks Rick!
@@sausagembape677 Thanks :) But I am happy with the ball I playing with. I were just pointing out, that if a person can't break 90, then there really isn't any reason to spend extra money on buying new balls.
@@sausagembape677 most balls will go the same distance with a driver but usually cheaper (harder feeling (distance) balls) tend to struggle to spin with wedge/short game shots. Spin is your friend...every situation on the course is taking spin away from you so why wouldn't you want extra spin?
Just played these for the first time today. I used Srixon SOFT FEEL, some random callaways and a couple Pro V1’s I’ve found and prefer these. But I’m one of those guys who actually plays better with a Nitro than anything else.
Hey Rick. Nothing special but I got to play golf today over here in PA and I got my personal lowest round of 85. It feels really good because i’ve been working hard to get better. Also, I only started playing 3 years ago. Keep up the great work. Love the videos!
I work at a golf course and I see so many of these golf balls in players carts so this was a very interesting video to watch. Thanks for making it, great video
Best review I’ve seen of the K Sig yet. I’ve played a sleeve and to me they were just okay. It’s a good ball and for $1 it’s a very good ball. A loss of 10 yards with the driver would keep me up at night 🤔. I currently play TP5 & Srixon z star for comparison.
Not really, this is best for mid to low handicappers that can take advantage of having a 3 pc urethane cover ball ( more spin and better feel ) but aren’t dumb enough to pay proV / tp5 prices. For beginners a bucket of the cheapest balls you can get are the best. That way you can enjoy playing and not worrying about losing your ball
I've never spun a ball off a green until playing with one of these Kirkland balls. I found it on the course and now I love it, I normally play TaylorMade Rocket Balls or Pro V1.
I had to come watch rick to cheer up. I worked all week to sharpen up my game, thought I was ready to go low. Let’s just say things didn’t go as planned.
Played these balls out of curiosity. Had the exact same experience; great around greens, and approach shots were bang on. Lost 10 yards off the tee though, just like what we just saw. From what I understand it is a fairly low compression ball, so people with
I found two of these recently and played with them. Seemed like a very good all around ball. Soft feel, stopped well on the greens from 150 yards in and no issues with the driver. Not bad at all. My regular go to ball is the Bridgestone B330rx. Best in my opinion for my game
There’s another ball at Costco that I get called the Callaway Hex tour soft, I love the ball but can’t find a review of it anywhere, could you review that one too
I absolutely love these balls. I was wondering where they came from because all of a sudden I started finding them all over course. They spin well and fly straight and are very soft. Amazing golf ball.
Malachi Mackay it’s kind of an oxymoron that you’re finding them all over the course while also saying that they fly straight lol. They obviously don’t fly straight for everyone!
A great vid Rick, I really like how you test low, mid and top of the items across the range. there is something for everyone no matter experience. Thank you
I bought a few boxes of these about 8 months ago.. They were surprisingly very close to the feel of my pro v-1's than anything. Very solid golf balls and durable, spin well and you can use good touch with them.
Well 15 £ for 12 “unknown” golf balls is not cheap at all, in Spain we pay 6€ (5£) for 12 (unknown) “Inesis” from Decathlon sport store and from my experience they get lost just as easily as the Titleist V1 so in my opinion it just doesn’t make sense for a medium or high handicap player to waste money on the expensive brand balls.
Michael Tegner We are also in Spain 🇪🇸 and if you haven't tried them Tour soft golf balls are worth a try. They are about €12 for 15. They are actually made by Srixon have a great feel / durability and are good value for money.
Gary Harris I have played golf on and off for 20 years and in my experience the ball is not making any difference what so ever if your handicap is above 14 🤷🏼♂️ so I play with the cheapest ball and I still outdrive the Titleist V1 players, so I think that proves my point. Regarding “feel” I find my shot are not affected at all if I play with a soft or hardcore ball, so that’s just down to whichever you prefer.
Snell! I would love to see you do a test on the Snell ball. They are my go to and I have been using them for 5 years. MTB is like your ProV1 and the Get Sum is a lower quality ball. I won't play anything but Snell
Echo this! Been using them for the last year, they feel pretty good, but can't get over the feeling that they don't fly as far as the ProV1. Would like to see you test these Rick.
Agree on Snell... One thing to note, they are not as low cost as Kirkland. However, you won't see the driver distance loss with the Snell MTB-X like you did here with the 3 piece Kirkland. Rick has a high swing speed and I bet the compression on the Kirkland is pretty low. For an 85+ to 90 swing speed golfer I suspect there would be almost no difference. Notice his 7 iron went pretty close to what he expected. Driver... no so much!
Thanks Rick. I’ve used the ball on the course and I think your testing confirms some of my initial opinions. It seemed shorter off the tee. However, I’m susceptible to making excuses, mostly because I’m bad at golf and a tryhard. To that point, It would have been nice to see a head to head control with the Pro V1 on the same day, just to rule out day to day reproducibility factors.
Another unbiased review by the Beauty Shielsy. Love your vids bud and I recommend your channel to all my golfing buddies who aren't already subscribers.
I think I’ve found my new ball, I can’t hit a driver anyway so that doesn’t bother me 😂. Great video as always rick keep it up. God I’m missing golf atm 😢.#facebook
I stopped playing these because I lost driver distance. If you can, order some Strata VooDoo balls, they're super cheap, durable, great distance. Apparently made by Callaway too. Love to see you review them!
It's not the scuffing after wedge shots that bothers me. It's what happens when i spank it and it's rattling around in the trees or I knife it out of a bunker.
Regardless of where it came from to have a brand new weighted milled putter release for a price tag of 139.99 is damn impressive! I know what I’m getting for my bday in June!
I started using the Callaway supersoft just before lockdown. Got a dozen on special for $30AUD. Love them compared to the old mismatch of balls I found on the course. I definitely get more distance and they just feel so much better of the club. Thinking of trying the chromesoft next time i need to buy more.
I’ve actually got two sleeves of these from events I’ve attended. Just put them in the bag earlier this week and will be playing with them tomorrow. Nice review and glad they aren’t garbage!
Finally! Been waiting for the new Kirkland ball to be tested! I used to use the old ones in tournaments, might switch out the pro v for this much cheaper version
Your review was spot on with what I learned on the course with these, however Kirkland just released version 2.0 and I found these to address the durability and driver distance concerns. Can you please review these??? Much appreciated Rick!
@@413RC i think if they're in a steady climate controlled room (room temperature or a little above or a little less) that doesn't have huge temp swings they're probably still fine
I bought four dozen of these at the start of 2020 and then the virus hit. Happy to say I haven’t lost a single one this year! Granted, I only played once... Jokes aside, I like this ball a lot. I definitely noticed less distance off the tee when I played, but wedge performance was excellent!
I play exact same ball.. now I know why I can’t far 😜 .. I love and continue playing it.. another great interesting video and honest review .. Kirkland Putter wow! will definitely look in to it.. thank you 😊
The lost distance is probably that this is a bit softer compression ball. For the average amateur the compression probably suits their slower swing speeds well.
When you are doing durability test let’s say 20 wedge shots it would make it a lot more objective if you did the same thing with your gold standard provision one ball. Similarly you should hit those same driver swings and compare clubhead speed on the test ball versus your gold standard to make the case stronger that it wasn’t simply that you were hitting poorly on the face or swinging less fast. Just a general comment although it was clear that that ball doesn’t go as far
Rick - This review is spot on with my experience. Even though I have a slower swing speed on my driver, I was atleast 20 yards shorter compared to TP 5 (preferred golf ball) . Also, the wear and tear on the golf was significant, especially when you hit it in rough areas. Not sure what to do with the remaining golf balls..hahaha.. Love all your content.. Definitely is helping me in improving my golf game.
I bought some too. I didn't mind them but like you said they don't give you the premium distance with driver or woods. 10yds doesn't bother me yet the Kirkland name just feels like too much of a knockoff product and disingenuine. Its just how I feel about the brand and I realize it may be irrational but golf is a head game! Thanks again for your videos! It is great to see what else is out on the market.
I did use Srixon distance...but 6 drives, numerous iron, wedge an a few putts( few is a lie....ish), durability poor, look like a springer spaniel an had hold of it, Pro V1’s all the way.....into the woods!😂 great video mate.🙌🏼
Thanks for the review! I’ve been wanting to get a box of these, your post on #instagram led me here. I think I’ll try a box myself since I’m not at the skill set level yet to where the driver numbers will make a big difference to me 👍🏽
Pretty much exactly what I've found. Bought 2 dozen for winter golf use and main two issues I found were length off tee definitely shorter but even more was durability. Scuffs and wedge bites caused me to take ball out of play after even one round. Too bad as you say, price was great. Good review Rick.
Absolutely fantastic, no bollocks review. Great video all round Rick. I have been keen to try them, although I have 5 dozen Z Star XVs to get through first, so I can’t justify buying another 2 dozen balls. They’re $1.80 each here in Aus, so about £1. And I’m loving your home simulator, I’d love one just like it one day!!
Yeah... Titleist actually won that, it was for Kirkland's 4 piece ball everyone raved about which they stopped selling a few years ago because of the lawsuit. Kirkland tried doing another 4 piece ball last year but they had to recall it due to terrible quality issues.
Thing is Rick, you hit the ball much harder than most, so for joe average these will be perfect! £1 a ball a no brainer. Always played premium balls BUT the feel of the Callaway Supersoft around the greens is fantastic, soft off the putter and wedge, £19 for 15 so another good one. BUT, can’t see me moving away from Titleist Pro V or Bridgestone Tigers 👍 back to on course testing soon Rick, looking forward to more videos.

@@michaelmaurer3 tell me more that's interesting
I started playing this ball a couple of months ago. It is by far one of my favorites especially at the major discount vs. PROV1(X) and TP5(X)
Rick you cannot imagine how my face changes when I receive the alert of a new video from your channel!! I quickly call my son (7 years old!) and we enjoy the video both together! Greetings from Spain🇪🇸
I'd like to see a shoot out including Vice balls. Good work as usual Rick.
At my skill level, the perform no differently than a Pro V1 at 1/4 the price.
sorry ,, they are not in the same league as the Pro-V's ,,, just my opinion ,,,
Thanks again for the stellar equipment reviews! As a recreational golfer on a college budget, I am always looking for a cheaper ball that still performs well. The lower durability won’t be much of an issue, as the woods claim my balls long before wear n’ tear do!
They were different a couple years ago before Titleist sued them over their core design.
that was the 4 piece. Not this ball.
DP Dutcher That’s his point
@@brendan859 they had the 3 and 4 piece then too. The 3 piece has not changed.
DP Dutcher Good to know. Got a box of these 3 pieces and was a little disappointed so I assumed it was these they were sued on.
I've been waiting for this golf ball review for a long time
I actually really like the Kirkland’s
We need one for Vice golf balls!!! I absolutely love these bargain ball reviews! Plus you can do that from home still......
TheSr1416 not a fan. Much prefer buying last years top level balls at a discount over the vice ball. Vice balls get dirtier faster and damage easier.
Kaven Gilbert 3 months now. Ur thoughts on the Kirkland ball?
These are the perfect balls for the casual golfer who may lead one astray. No need to worry about losing them and also for a higher handicap golfer who doesn't have the control of a better golfer there is no need to spend $50 for a dozen balls. Close enough is good enough for a majority of golfers out there. Live the channel love the reviews I miss more frequent outings with pete. Thanks for the great content Rick.
I have a dozen or so of these 3 piece that I like to use when it gets colder, and about 6 four piece balls left to use now. For the price you can't go wrong! Thanks Rick!
Your vids are great Rick! I really love your honest opinions!
For the average golfer who can’t break 90, this may be a good ball. Sounds like for the short game it would excellent.
Based on? Look at other reviews, spins more than any othet ball, so how's that helpful?
The average golfer who can't break 90 can easily just buy lakeballs and play just fine. That is a cheaper option.
@@M_Oz_ Decathlon do a distance ball fiver a dozen, watch reviews, it's fine
@@sausagembape677 Thanks :) But I am happy with the ball I playing with. I were just pointing out, that if a person can't break 90, then there really isn't any reason to spend extra money on buying new balls.
@@sausagembape677 most balls will go the same distance with a driver but usually cheaper (harder feeling (distance) balls) tend to struggle to spin with wedge/short game shots. Spin is your friend...every situation on the course is taking spin away from you so why wouldn't you want extra spin?
Get this dude to a million subs! He’s the real deal
Alright Ricky Shiels...V2 of the K-Sig 3 piece is out now. Time to review that one!
I want to see that review too. I just picked up a box of the V2’s but won’t be out to play for a little bit.
Just played these for the first time today. I used Srixon SOFT FEEL, some random callaways and a couple Pro V1’s I’ve found and prefer these. But I’m one of those guys who actually plays better with a Nitro than anything else.
£27 I use them always used to play pro v 1x I love them I can’t tell the difference honestly
they just came out with the v2.0, would you mind testing it out?
I'd recommend having a look at the Inesis 500 and 900 golf balls available form Decathlon, be interesting to see the comparison.
Your saying for someone getting into golf, it would be good to learn with.
Srixon soft feel. And I made a hole in one with that ball
For the little loss in distance off the tee, think I could live with that :o)
Glen Blake I agree. I mean, who hits it 280+ off the tee on the fly. I can’t hit it 250 including the rollout. C’mon Rick! 😝
Played these balls out of curiosity. Had the exact same experience; great around greens, and approach shots were bang on. Lost 10 yards off the tee though, just like what we just saw.
From what I understand it is a fairly low compression ball, so people with
I once got 12 000 RPM with a 6 iron... Don't know if it was the launch monitor's fault or mine 😂
How far did it carry
As always, total honesty without bias!! Thanks Rick!! I guess for those of us needing more distance, this is probably not the ball for us!!
I found two of these recently and played with them. Seemed like a very good all around ball. Soft feel, stopped well on the greens from 150 yards in and no issues with the driver. Not bad at all. My regular go to ball is the Bridgestone B330rx. Best in my opinion for my game

There’s another ball at Costco that I get called the Callaway Hex tour soft, I love the ball but can’t find a review of it anywhere, could you review that one too
Alex Kloster @rick please review these same price I want to see if they’re any different considering they’re callaway
I absolutely love these balls. I was wondering where they came from because all of a sudden I started finding them all over course. They spin well and fly straight and are very soft. Amazing golf ball.
@@malachimackay7081 I saw them at Costco online Canada.
Malachi Mackay it’s kind of an oxymoron that you’re finding them all over the course while also saying that they fly straight lol. They obviously don’t fly straight for everyone!
I switched from Kirkland to Calloway Hex Tour a bit more distance and a lot straighter for me
A great vid Rick, I really like how you test low, mid and top of the items across the range. there is something for everyone no matter experience. Thank you
I bought a few boxes of these about 8 months ago..
Yup, I'm on the Snell train, too. Really top-notch product and a price that isn't profane.
Driver... no so much!
The Kirkland!! Glad to see you’re safe and well Rick. #insta

I’ve been using these balls for about 8 months now. Haven’t watched the video yet to get your opinion but I love them for the proce
It's not the scuffing after wedge shots that bothers me. It's what happens when i spank it and it's rattling around in the trees or I knife it out of a bunker.
Just waiting on the Costco scotty putter to come out🤤 #instagram
More like Costco Odyssey putter if the origin rumors are true.

Had the same results with my driver distance. I use it for practice now.
The feeling of lose a ProV1 can be soul crushing. Losing a Kirkland signature not so much
What it is with these company's branding though. Looks like 1998 clipart.
I have a few dz of the 4pc version of these from back when titleist threw a lawsuit at them...

For 1£ I would be happy to lose a few in the the trees and rough at my course. 👍. Be safe all and 🤞🤞🤞soon we can all lose some balls 🤣

I luv the Costco ball! Great distance and I like the feel. I bought them 24 for $31 CDN.👍
Rick - This review is spot on with my experience. Even though I have a slower swing speed on my driver, I was atleast 20 yards shorter compared to TP 5 (preferred golf ball) . I bought some too. I didn't mind them but like you said they don't give you the premium distance with driver or woods. 10yds doesn't bother me yet the Kirkland name just feels like too much of a knockoff product and disingenuine.
Titleist actually tried to sue Costco over patten infringement. They lost.
Who lost Titleist or Costco? Since the suing, Costco changed their ball. The new Kirkland's are far inferior to their originals.
