Thank you so much for this. I’ve ALWAYS had the worse cramps and heavy periods since I’ve started them and so had the other women in my family and I am so nervous about going to basic and dealing with that. Usually it hits like a truck and I literally can’t move my lower body for like two days. I leave in a week and this has been my biggest worry.

LOVE that your video was so succinct. It's hard finding videos on a specific topic without being 15+ minutes.

During my time at basic, I used discs as they held up a lot longer than pads and tampons. They’re easy to put in your pocket and the MTIs can NEVER deny you going to the bathroom. I would have one in and have a second in my pocket. It was a life saver!

Oh wow!! I can only imagine. This is something that I was stressing over. I have horrible horrible cramps. Endometriosis, Fibroids and more😩When I first come on I’m unable to move or eat it’s horrible. I could not go through Training, moving or anything with pain like that. So, wow this really helps, thank you so much! ❤️I enjoy your videos

How is life after tech school for a single airman with no dependents? Some people join the airforce later in life (late 20s or even 30s) while still single and living in the dorms with a roommate/roommates for four years doesn't sound great.

Might have a UTI. How do they go about it? Do they test you for it? Or just easily give you the medication like that? Pls respond

I signed for 6 years, how often will i PCS. I know it varies from person to person but lets say i really love my first station and im up for a PCS.. am i allowed to reject and stay another "term" at my current station? Or i guess how many times should i expect to PCS during a 6 year enlistment.

Hey, I love love LOVE your videos so much. I’m considering joining guard, but at this point I want to get away and so I’d like to do Broadcast Journalism, but I would love to know the cons of active duty broadcast.. like do you have to be in the frontline of war. etc
