    The smoothness sound of Milstein's 1716 Maria Teresa, ex-Goldman Stradivarius, that belonged to Nathan Milstein by 50 years.

      I never saw them when I went to any of his concerts or performed with him. It was always a sold out house.

      Sir Adrian Boult was also a great one. Big stick! Fritz Reiner also carried a big stick;)
