Got a lady in last night with a list from her brother. At the bottom was "price out flux capacitor". I sent her home with the printout with "priceless" written in. It literally made my day.
Sometimes pranks are fun but omg, sometimes they cross the line. Like when we have all people busy and a line out the door and 5 lines already lit up and customers walking out because the wait is too long because we have to hunt a part and someone wants a warranty lookup and at that point, we just have to get pissed at the calls because why does the Internet exist?!?!?!
