Love taking the ct out in winds like this. Makes for clear Skye's in my area cause all the recreational pilots stay grounded.

This CT suffered a very bad landing on 9-2-2017. See NTSB report on N547CT.

Why is the audio so messed up in this plane? It makes it very hard to watch...

yeah I commented in a previous video recently about it and he made out like it would be fixed but from what I can work out it is the way it is which is really unfortunate

Yea I don't understand the problem. I have a $50 audio recorder specifically for flying and it has absolutely no issues. So the only excuse I would think he would have is that it has to do with the plane itself...but that would be hard to believe.

+the_real_matt I'm going to stay subscribed because he's a good guy and I've liked a lot of his previous content but I just can't watch the videos at the moment it hurts my ears too much, a real shame

Guys when you ferry airplanes you have no idea the issues in the radios. This aircraft is equipped with an SL40 com. The volume for the radio transmission is about 10-15 click to high! There is NOTHING I can do about this in post. It has nothing to do with the equipment I own. Sorry guys but try watching the video 50 times for editing... Also there are 2 more clips coming that the audio is the exact same. Sorry guys....

Can't you land this like an Ultralight? I mean I see alot of accidents because people aren't pilot trained but whats the minimum & restrictions on this aircraft. Might pickup one here in Canada since they're considered UL.

Little of both. It handles great but it can be all over the place in those winds. I think they're easier to land crosswind than headwind.

justine turdois the max crosswind component is about 15 k you have to have a light sport or pilot license to fly.
