The glitches don't sound like bad internet, especially as the video is fine. It sounds like audio driver buffer overload.
To me it actually sounds like the interminable influence of our reptilian masters leaking through into our reality.

@@Healcraft yeah especially as it comes in cycles. It's like there's a slowly growing backlog till there's a glitch then the driver resets or something.

I loved this concept. It was interesting and I love hearing what pedals can do (hint, hint make videos for every pedal in your collection by effect type). The biggest issue with the pedal industry is that it is very difficult to focus and pick an effects pedal because of the overwhelming number of options.

42:26 I've seen Ken Burns' Civil War documentary at least ten times as well, and I'm Australian. The finest documentary I've ever seen. Currently re-watching his country music one. They cut the thing in half when they showed it on Australian TV last year, so I'm finally seeing it in full. Man that guy knows how to put a doco together.

Used to have an LA Metal. Didn't know how to use it right. Has so much gain I thought it was going to burn out the circuits in everything after it along the signal chain
When you said "I don't want to talk about drums, they're inferior to guitars." , I laughed me ass off because that's what I always tell my brother and brother-in-law ( both drummers who "beat it").

LOL! I saw a Fender mini twin amp for £60 !!!! I bought one new from music shop years ago for £20, that's about $28 in US. They're cool for busking, and sound great at low voltage, like a fuzz. I play mine with a multi voltage power supply set at 3 or 4.5 volts.

Craig, in the UK, is pronounced "Cray-g"; we have Gumtree as an equivalent.
Gumtree is pretty terrible I’ve found. It’s either expensive, ruined, stolen or all of the above. At least near me anyway.

Great idea for a video! It inspired me to go see what was available in my area, and just made me sad.. the biggest city in my state had a total of two listing.
The Vox in a box by boss was the Combo Driver. It was great.
I had it and the Power Stack a while back.
I got a LA Metal pedal for $19.99 at Guitar Center on Ventura Blvd (circa 89???) It was a birthday gift for a friend. I remember it sounding thin and not chunky like we hoped so I'm surprised to hear it was a Ratt topology. It did look totally cool for it's time although so did BC Rich guitars...how time changes our perspective.

Josh, I just wanted to mention my most fun mod. I don't know if you were around for the "Earthquake" movie, but in certain theatres they installed cerwin vega speakers to add more realism when the earthquake would strike. I got my hands on one of these and put it into my Princeton Reverb. It did give my amp unique sound :-)

Oh man. I am so bummed I missed this. Over 90% of my current boss collection that I started back in November has come strictly off of Facebook and Craigslist. The deals are out there ladies and gentlemen, you just got to be patient and wait for awesome stuff to show up. I purchased a dm2 delay for 50 bucksas well as four ce2 chorus pedals for about a hundred bucks each

I have the Ibanez soundtank DL5. Got it for 25 bucks, probably best delay I have had for the price. Sounds really wonderful and simple. Should've bought the echo machine for 25 bucks too!

Nick is great on the drums, but I'm so glad he wasn't talking here, especially unscripted. Josh and er, the other one, were fine with their presentation, and while I didn't watch this live, I did watch it all the way through and enjoyed most of it. There's no Craigslist here in Spain, just a couple of really bad second-hand websites with guitars mixed up with bathroom mirrors and used panties.
