I know this is very late after the fact, but you are gonna change the color in the principled BSDF shader to blue.

When I type #frame/800 in the value node it put it at 0.00 instead of 0.025 and Manually I can't do under 0.100

If you're in older version of blender try searching for a "separate" node in the node search menu. It'll be "separate HSV" or something
