I’m so broken. I see him everywhere. I think of him everyday and I just want it to stop. He left me like a piece of rubbish after 10 years. I can’t wait to get to the other side. I’m in debt and so lost. Most days I can’t breathe. The thing I miss most about him is his embrace. I long for his touch again. But I have to move on. If not I’m gonna deal with this pain forever. Thank you for your video. ❤️. Love and peace to everyone going through this pain. It’s the worst feeling ever!

Thank You Very Much for this. The Wedding Vows are so Simple if kept and followed(Basic Promises) but The Cheaters never do in the end unfortunatly. 25 years together and helping support her and her nusing school training she cheats with a Handyman (9 months) in our home, office and forces me out of the house and gives me a minimal check for equity now she's on her second guy . You are right when you say I would never have done that to her and if I did she would have known that same day not 9 months later. We still share a Family pet and I have maintained a good relationship with her Mother and the former but it's only by God's grace and strength because this has been the most hurtful and unbelivable thing that I have ever gone through.

She was at the house last night to grab some stuff then she left. After 19 years it will likely be the last time I ever see her. It’s f’n hard to believe. I left my job yesterday, I signed over the house to her today, and I’m moving 1800 miles away tomorrow morning. This is the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but it needs to be done. For 4 months I feel like I’ve been shrinking and being continually pushed into a funnel.......but starting tomorrow I will start to come out the other side. I’m exhausted both physically, mentally and emotionally. I’m ready to push forward....it’s the only way.
Stand up straight, push your shoulders back and tell yourself you will not be defined by a divorce. There is life after this setback. Go out there and live it!

Your videos are really helping me. My divorce isn’t final, I just signed today and sent him the copies through email instead of going to see him, and he emailed me back thanks and he was going to work for the night, and I actually dissected why did he tell me that, is he really going to work? Why does he still feel like he needs to tell me what he’s doing, does he still care? I mean, how sad is that? I think I’ve been driven slightly crazy from this marriage and I also think he might enjoy playing with my head, but I might be paranoid, idk anymore. My ex wife got her Masters Degree in Nursing and 6 weeks later wanted a divorce. She left me for another man. Married for 12 years together for 15 years. I put mine and our kids future in her hands and she robbed all of us of all the hard work we as a family put in for you to achieve success. This all happened the weekend of Valentines day. 3 months later, we're divorced. She moved her boyfriend into my old house and continued on. I have to start all over from scratch. If it wasn't for my 2 kids, I would go crazy. Thank you for this video because it made me realize that we are not alone in this process. There are some cold people in the world, but not to let them continue to sink your self-worth. I did what a loving husband was supposed to do. Loved, supported, appreciated, etc.... the whole time we were together. You cant make someone love you in the same depth.

@@lisaarends8742 thank you. I have to say I have an amazing psychologist that saved my life. She is helping me to focus on me and to get through each day one step at a time. Probably my biggest challenge is to learn how to stop lovibg someone who has stopped loving me a long time ago. She never shared or even said she was unhappy, she just ended it and refused to work on it or go to counseling. My friends have also been amazing. Many days I get really angry that she did this but my therapist reminds me that anger is just a secondary emotion to pain. So Im trying to separate the pain from the memory of her. I want to preserve a marraige that I experienced as beautiful while letting go of the pain so I can move on. I deserve happiness and I deserve someone that loves me the way I need to be loved not the way they want to love me. At least this is the plan...

My husband of 38 yrs , came home said he had met someone on a app. And left! We have 3 children, one is getting married in a month and her biggest worry is her parents.... so not fair! Youngest in his senior yr of h/s . I read, and listen to all these self help vlogs.... all this no contact , what to do to make him come back..... but u actually made sense to me.... this is the hardest thing next to the death of my parents. The hardest is pretending everything is fine... if my children see me fall apart, I fear it will only make it harder on them.

Going through this after 21 years together. Found out a week after my wife blindsided me and left she was having an affair for the past 5 years... the pain is unlike anything I've ever felt before. Im only 4 months out and trying to keep myself together best i can. I have no want or need to date at this time and I'm just trying to find my new normal. Scared that I won't be able to trust myself or anyone again, how can I even trust myself now after not seeing this was going on for 5 years? Hope you are doing better now.

This is really good. I really connect with your 6th point. My ex was incredibly controlled by her emotions and it was one of the main reasons she asked me for a divorce. I’m only 4 months out from everything but learning that my emotions don’t dictate who I am or how I am supposed to act has amazingly beneficial for me. Learning what my emotions are trying to tell me and then finding the truth or fiction in it really helps me stay grounded. It’s not easy and I’m not always great at it but it’s a good thing to learn as someone who has gone through an unwanted divorce.

Imagine your wife accusing you of trying to kill your kids burying your kids alive abusing her all that was a pure lies. Now she’s making $3519 a month on me temporarily until the real divorce, then the judge told her I can only see my kids once a month but after the trial she give me my kids three times a week to sleep over my house and my 2 kids grades was A now they’re missing school and very bad grades.

You should do a video on how to support your friends through a divorce, or things not to say to someone going through a divorce. Like when people that I haven't seen in awhile find out about my husband cheating and taking off, and they tell me they know exactly what I'm going through because they hate it when their husband leaves dishes in the sink instead of loading them into the dishwasher.

LOL, cant make it up. I miss my family and 2 daughters terribly but im not treating both diseases as i hope i die soon. But im not suicidal, life is just empty and pointless without my family. So i got that going for me.
