How to build win10xpe walk thru

when I extract the files I don't get executable files like you do. They remain the same. What could be the problem?

Are you talking about the files from github.com/ChrisRfr/Win10XPE ? Those are in 3 pieces so you'll need something like 7zip to extract them - I believe you start with the .001 file.

@@handmedowntech yes that’s where I was getting the files. I ended up having to find them somewhere else. Extracting them didn’t do anything. However, there were two downloads available. A gz tar file or something

@@earlem9771 I would try using the ones in the link. Those are the official ones and the newest. Try also reading the docs on that page and use the video as a guide. Those files should then give you the basic tool that allows for creating and configuring the win10xpe.

Great video! when i wanna try my iso it fails to load. i says STATUS: 0xc00000e9. do you know what i can do?

Is this when you just try to mount the ISO from windows as a test or when you've used it with something like rufus to make a bootable usb?
