After a weight loss of 45 pounds just 4 short years ago, I started to feel suddenly fatigued during exercising, even though I was exercising 5-6 days a week and eating a healthy balanced diet. I finally went to my doctor, who sent me for exams and it was discovered that I have a hemangioma in my spine and a small mass on my 8th rib. Exercising became intolerable. And then my thyroid started messing up on me, and the doctor wouldn't do anything about it. Last year, I gained so much weight from extreme swelling and severe pain to the point of tears. Depression has often hit me, as I lost so much weight and only to gain what I had lost. I'm just now getting back to be able to do some exercises, although the swelling is still somewhat there, enough for me to see it and feel so stiff. Your exercises and sweet personality have given me new motivation. I really enjoy your videos, even if I am only able to do the beginners at this point. Thank you! (I am 63 years old.)

This is one favorites. It's one that I can do when I'm already tired and sore from my day, it makes me feel so much better.
Oh my God!!! I did finish it!!! It's my Day 1 today and I have doubts if I could even make it halfway. Yey! Hoping that with this routine I'll reach my goal by the end of this month.

And please my flabby arms to be toned.

I love this workout for beginners during these awful menopausal yrs. I used to work out pretty religiously from my early 30s - 40 but I stopped when some very hard things in my life happened. Im 53, now feel just awful most mornings and my body lost its shape. This was wonderful to ease back into. Love the inspirational sayings and choice of exercises! Thank you!

Glad I found your workouts! When I started I was at 220lbs niw after 7days I'm at 214lbs awsome results will keep watching your workouts... My goal 155lbs hope to reach it soon! Yes I Can!
i started at 270...am now at 180...at some point you may not lose as much..but keep going ... you will do awesome!

Love this indoor walking and arm toning workout video. It's perfect as the season is changing to colder weather. I normally go to the gym in the morning before work, but don't like to get out there when it's cold! So I searched for indoor exercise videos I would like to do on RUclips. Looks like Lucy's videos are going to to do the trick for me. Espcecially the ones for losing belly fat.

I love your videos. They are perfect especially since I'm recovering from 14 months bed rest. I find them easy to follow and do, they are encouraging me to start working out again after all the illness I'm recovering from. They are great!! Just before Christmas this girl said to me I was a fat whale, I had already done Lucy's workouts but only 4 times a week, I now do it everyday I try to do 2 hours a day and I can see and feel results. I have lost a stone since February. Today that same girl called me fat again, coming home to these makes me feel amazing, thank you Lucy xx I just want to feel confident and skinny for summer

How awful !!! Anyone who can deliberately hurt someone else must be in a lot of pain themselves. Misery loves company. The next time she or anyone say something like that to you simply say to them, " I'm sorry you're in so much emotional pain".

helped me i notice my rotator cuff doesn't hurt me as much...have to say i did not expect that...but it works for me...less pain
Thanks for all the work out videos I have viewed and participated in one in particular the walking out one..,i have never been an exercise buff..,never really had to train or work at losing weight...but since menopause it has been terrible...I also suffer from vertigo which has caused me to be less active...however the good news is that you have motivated me to loose the 60 pounds I have gained...all I need is a lot of prayers for motivation...lol...thank you greatly...
You can do this!!:) just stick to stuff you enjoy, I like her walking workouts, Jessica smith's walking workouts and Leslie's workouts as well. You get a good exercise without overdoing it and that's what I like. You'll start seeing results, and be so glad you did it:)! I wish u the best of luck with everything!:) remember you got this!

I just found this channel and I am so happy! I am 48 and have fibromyalgia, exercising has always been difficult for me but I have found I can easily manage these workouts. I like that you don't count reps but instead do as many as you are able to in the allotted time, I find this doesn't demotivate me.
Do you have an approximate idea of how many calories this would burn?

Watching this second video of yours and I love the first one it was for indoor walking with your walking outdoors I loved it! And I love it that it is not complicated and not very difficult and I love it because you're doing it without music so I can really concentrate on the workout it seems more peaceful. I just tried it out at home,I never motivated myself to di it at home thinking im not gonna do this excersises right.i usually felt more confident in the gym with the machines,but by myself I never would,but i gave it a go,and oh boy they've been easy for me so far,im enjoying them and in such short time you do a lot and sweat a lot,i feel like someone is actually guiding me and just to have someone motivating you it's extraordinaire,i think im doing them right the best that i can,and i will continue to do them :)
so far i have lost 90 lbs with her work out...she is amazing ! good luck and i do mine randomly..i have some physical problems so some mornings no good for me..but i keep moving!

I am probably closest to Mandy, as I am late 40s, approaching menopause, but I have never really been in shape and want to get that way. I live in a city and rely on public transit, so I get quite a bit of walking in, but I do need to tone my upper body. I also take regular fitness classes through Class Pass.

Hey Lucy, Thank u so much for posting this video. I've looked for a long time for videos like urs , never did find until now. 💖😆Ur videos are TOP NOTCH, and ur body is so amazing and inspiring, and I even love when u speak.. Which is very rare in my opinion. I usually don't care for the voices and delivery but urs is delightful, esp with the dope accent:) ( sounds sort of Australian ..? Correct me if I'm wrong ;) Anyways love u r the answers to my wishes... Take care ( I know u do, so important! I wish I had the discipline like that to eat right and everything, even after having rectal cancer treatments and surgery I still find myself eating/ drinking the wrong things like sodas and processed foods)
+only1devine thank you for your lovely message - for the nutrition it is just about small changes one at a time - see if you can find a good alternative to soda - so get your favourite fruits 🍈🍊 and try adding a squeeze of them to sparkling water - just little changes make a big difference 🙅🏼💋💋
