    Great video! Another questions from me 🤪 so, I’m basing my store on seasonal/holidays items. Can holiday items in themselves , such as “ Mother’s Day gift items” Be a niche in itself ? For example if I make a Mother’s Wuote/design and use on a tumbler, a blanket, and a candle. Can those three items be a “ niche” even though they are 3 different products. Or does a niche always have to be one type of item like “t-shirts” or “candle” ? Thanks so much for always answering my questions! Some RUclipsrs never do

    • @TheAnjiMartin
      @TheAnjiMartin  Год назад +1

      Thank you! 🙏 In my opinion each category or holiday is a niche and a product type is also a different kind of niche. People searching for shirts aren’t necessarily searching for tumblers. Although using similar seo could land you in some of the same searches. So if I was tackling a niche I would do like 50-100 shirts in that niche and then expand into other products as I find my winning designs. I hope that helps. I’m happy to answer your questions ☺️

    Hi Anji, good morning! I was wondering, do you have one store where you sell t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, wall art, etc.? Or do have a few stores? Example: one that focuses on mugs and tumblers, and maybe another store for clothing and perhaps another store for blankets?

    • @TheAnjiMartin
      @TheAnjiMartin  Год назад

      I do have multiple stores. I think you can do shirts, mugs, blankets in one store. As I do that. I would do wall art in a different store. And I have been considering doing that myself since the profit margins are so high.

    Good morning Anji! Great video, by the way! I am ready to put some money into mock-ups. I am looking to selling Bella-Canvas 3001s and/or Gildan 6400s. I have 3 questions if you don't mind. 1. Do you find it best to stick with one type of shirt (B-Canvas or Gildan)? I have a design that looks great in 6 different colors. 2. Should I buy a mock-up for each color? 3. Do you find live model mocks or flat lays work better? Thank you, in advance!

    Thanks for the tips. I have a hard time posting on social media. When I do, there’s very little engagement and I feel like in order to make that part successful, I need to spend a lot of time initially. I’d rather spend all that time on my shop since I’m still relatively new. With a family, it’s hard to put 100% into all of those things. My sales did great during the holidays but I’m right back where I was pre-holiday season. I know January is slower but it makes me nervous that I won’t be able to get back to that place again soon. I raised my ad budget this week to $150 (I had it at $20). Do you recommend going higher?

    • @TheAnjiMartin
      @TheAnjiMartin  Год назад +2

      You're welcome. I understand and I feel the same way about social media for ecommerce. Sounds like you may need more variety of listings if your sales went dead after Christmas. It is typical for a lot of shops to do only about 1/4 of what they did at Christmas. But sales are most certainly still there. I always like to add other shops to my competition tracker on Sale Samurai just to get a feel of how other stores sales are fluctuating by month. That helps you stay encouraged when your sales drop. If you continue to put in the work it will pay off. Yes, I highly recommend increasing your ad budget to the maximum allowed (when possible). So long as you understand how to omptimize your ads by weeding out the budget wasting keywords.

      Hi. I share a lot of what you need to succeed on this channel. The course is more for those who want structure and a step by step plan. Also there is an opportunity to join my live coaching after my print empire. It’s advanced scaling techniques as well as live coaching calls every Monday night. Right now it’s extremely inexpensive because I was working on building student testimonials which I now have. Later this year the coaching and course will be combined into one and we will be raising the price. Those who are in already will be grandfathered in to the coaching at the current piece. I hope that helps!

    Hi just wanted to know who sell digital phone wallpapers and lap screensavers on Etsy?? I’m interested in creating these products. And I need to learn how can I upload them from canva to Etsy and how to upload the links so the customer can receive the product.?? and can I make it to where after they purchase the product it will instantly get downloaded instead of the link sending them straight to canva from the link? I hope I explained it well enough so someone can help me!! Tried asking Facebook groups but no one answered my question. The people who answered wanted to try to sell me something.

    Thank you for you videos. I have a question regarding ads, do you recommend advertising all your listings, I have 400 listings and I set my budget for $25 and I let it run for about 30 days and I’m following your tips on when to turn off the ads. But do I turn the ads on for each new listing that I create? I want to get to 1k listings.

    • @TheAnjiMartin
      @TheAnjiMartin  Год назад +1

      You're welcome! The answer is Yes and No. I do believe it's good to run ads on every listing to find the best converting ones. However, I wouldn't keep just adding new listings into your ads daily. Etsy includes all of your listings in your ad budget and every time you add a new listing it sort of recalibrates to accomodate for the new listing. It tries to figure out where is best to spend your budget. So I recommend only adding a handful of new listings in at a time and giving it time to calibrate before adding new ones in. You will also want to make sure you are optimizing the keywords in your ad stats and weeding out the ones that aren't relevant.

    Good evening Anji! I just wanted to confirm something related to the “1000 Listings” video. So in the video you suggest that we create one design and multiple it about 6 times (6 shirt colors in this example) in order to get to 1000 listings quickly.
    So that means if I make 1 design and set up on Printify with 3 shirt colors, and then create a listing for each color shirt on Etsy. So color 1 would have its own listing, color 2 would have its own listing, and so on. All while designating the same color thumbnail for each listing. Then create another set of 3 colors (if you intend to use 6 colors altogether) and follow the same process.
    I don’t know the Etsy policy and I’m concerned that if I’m multiplying my own listings they might flag me. Is all of this possible under Etsy policies?

    • @TheAnjiMartin
      @TheAnjiMartin  Год назад

      Hi. I would still have multiple color choices in those listings (say 3 color choices) but duplicate it in Printify to publish to Etsy. All the listings are the same except for the thumbnail photo. I have spoken to Etsy chat support and they confirmed they are okay with this. You can reference their seller policies and see for yourself.
