    So I have been going through all of your videos and I have yet to see a couple key items talked about. Product descriptions, starting amount, and policies. I feel these are key elements that every video on Etsy does not talk about. I also realize that not many people actually read the description, but it is worth a video I think. What are your thought??
    Thank you for the great content by the way! I have learned a lot from your videos and plan on re-starting my store soon.

    My question is this...I have tried research and designed accordingly, but how do your listings get noticed if your not well established or have many sales? It seems impossible for a new store to make any progress.

    • @brandcreators
      @brandcreators  Год назад +7

      It’s a little bit of a numbers game too! You need to choose a good niche that is getting sales and create several products to increase chances of ranking. Also running Etsy ads would help to start getting sales and get your shop noticed. Hope that helps

    Re the ad spend: $10 a day was mentioned as a suggestion for Etsy. What do you recommend for daily spend on the FB ads? These would be run simultaneous to the Etsy ones right? Thank you for this video.

    • @brandcreators
      @brandcreators  Год назад +1

      Usually if we run FB Ads they are to a giveaway that builds our email list. That is usually $5 to $20 per day. But we only run these ads during a short sprint to advertise the giveaway we are offering. Etsy Ads are usually independent and $5 to $15. Hope that helps

    But no matter what word you type in, there will be related searches that pop up for that word but that doesn't necessarily mean it's selling a lot, right? I could type in the most random word like nail, and searches will populate for the word nail but that doesn't mean these nail searches are selling well.

    • @brandcreators

      That is correct. But, Etsy will only auto populate with best selling keywords, so I'm sure they are the best ones.

    I don't like advice like that for a very simple reason. I want to be the first to put that product.
    What you are doing is just "invading" someone else's niche. And what's more, you teach others to do it too... It doesn't really sound like a wow thing to me, it's more like stealing other people's ideas.
    If you really want to do something good and constructive, promote your niche, if you have one. But, I'm telling you from now on that you won't do it and again the reason is simple, you don't need competition.
    It's easier to make a video to send as many people as possible to invade other people's niches and leave yours free, that's only if you have one. Next...

    • @SP.Addams
      @SP.Addams Год назад +2

      A niche is just an umbrella. We all fall under dif umbrellas and that’s ok. The point is to niche down to a point that you become a unique part of the umbrella.
      Identifying what’s currently selling well is legitimate and ethical research. You have to identify trends and patterns if you want to be successful. Doesn’t mean you can copy and paste someone else’s work, just observe and implement their strategies.

      Competition is good ! People used to eat the cake alone, let's share.... you know sharing is caring ! We are not owning a niche, we are owning a product!
