Adding Effects in Reaper on EZ Drummer 3
Sound is subjective, the only thing that matter is you, doing the hard work. If it sounds good to you then it's good.
In Reaper, you can add effects at different track levels:
In the Master track, where it affects the entire mix, in a folder affecting only tracks underneath it and to each track where it uses more CPU resources.
In drums, particularly with EZ drummer 3, I like to add a compressor and EQ to all components and also with reverb with varying amount on each track .
