I have the regular Axe I/O not the solo. When I attempt to increase the sample rate it automatically jumps the buffer size as well. If I adjust either one it automatically tweaks the other. Did you have to change a specific setting to get your Amplitube to allow you to set the Sample Rate AND Buffer size you show in the video?
Sampling Rate and Buffer Size in the AXE IO interface follows the settings set in your applications . You don't set Sampling Rate and Buffer Size in AXE IO interface. What ever sampling rate and buffer size you set on applications such as Amplitube 5, Digital Audio Workstation, Reaper or video editor, Davinci Resolve Studio, those will be the settings of your AXI IO interface.
