Precisely why I'm watching these video courses. I want to get a solid foundation and understanding of the concepts at hand before I spend a dime on the formal method. I believe the main reason is because I want to ensure this is the certification I desire before I spend a large chunk of my funds on it.

Network+ certified after watching this video and reading Mike Meyers "All in One" book! Hope to see more certifications video from you man, thank you!!!
I set a goal for 2 months. I'm currently attending WGU for school and they paid for the voucher. There were no "config" simulations per say but mostly drag and drop type questions, the rest just being multiple choice. I highly suggest going through each objective point by point and start taking practice tests. Also, I've been told to watch professor messer but I had my resource with Mike Meyers and this video! Good luck! Take all the practice exams here: www.examcompass.com/comptia/network-plus-certification/free-network-plus-practice-tests
*I know you asked for practice but I like to give a little background first :) I actually attained my CCNA through WGU late last year when it was 100-101/102. I used Ucertify with the OCG + CBT Nuggets + Boson. If I had to do it over again WITHOUT the school providing me everything, here is what I would do: 1. Purchase the Official Cert Guide AND Sybex Guide by Todd Lammle. 2. Purchase the Ex-Sim Max for CCNA by Boson 3. Purchase the Boson NetSim for Cisco (www.boson.com/netsim-cisco-network-simulator) No I'm not sponsored by Boson, I just trust the material! You could also get away with getting Packet Tracer for free but I would like to have the labs already set up for me with instructions so that's why I went with Boson. Let me know if you need any direction. Don't forget about the CCNA Reddit here, which I would post your same question there to see if you get different responses: www.reddit.com/r/ccna/ Professer Messer just came out with study notes here for CCENT: www.professormesser.com/icnd1/
Took me from Aug to december to finish this, got slowed down due to online classes and undertanding it carefully. But finally finished it. Thank you very much on this really helped me boost for a career.
I cannot thak you enough for putting these Animated Videos together for the public to use. They have come in so handy, because I am a visual learner and other websites out there just talk and talk and talk without showing how it works. thank you.
This designer of this tutorial is a genius. Everything is simplified and condensed for easy understanding. I owe you gratitude that can't be expressed in words. Thanks very much.
Bro, that's because it is CompTIA Emmett Dulaney is the man! I'm certified LOL, no really I would love to pass IT CERTIFICATION. Very interesting and good money! One last thing, "SHIT" isn't Holy, but God is. No offence.
Love you guys for making this! Such a great overview/review for anyone. Providing great visuals and straight to the point clarification while running through each topic in a relatively short time (considering the amount of material that needs to be covered) is not an easy task. Many have tried and failed but you guys nailed it. I applaud that. Great video.
Great video. I'd like to add one clarification. Most modern devices have Ethernet auto mdix eliminating the need for crossover cables. For devices without Ethernet auto mdix, the crossover cable shown at 0:32:44 has a 50/50 chance of working for 10Base-T and 100Base-T networks depending on which end you put where. To ensure it works either way and to use it for Gigabit networks it should be configured as follows 1-3, 2-6, 3-1, 4-7, 5-8, 6-2, 7-4 and 8-5. This will result in a crossover cable that is symmetrical in both directions and will work with Gigabit networks.
PowerCert Animated Videos also you say in the OSI model part that the Network Layer fragments data and that the Data Link Layer deals with flow control, but in the ExamCram manual it specifically states both of the things happen on the Transport Layer. I'm conflicted on whom to believe.
It's hard to narrow down how much of this video was on the exam, but in general knowing all this info will help you on the exam. I'm not familiar with the differences of 006 and 007. Personally I don't think there is that much that wouldn't be covered in any 006 materials. I used this video, Prof Messer's 007 series and Mike Meyers 007 Net+ book. I crammed for 2 weeks and passed with a 780. I could have done better but I procrastinated lol I had a year and waited until the end to really book it. That's just how I work sometimes I guess. Fully understand networking concepts, wifi setups, vlans, network troubleshooting. The questions are wordy and tricky. Really understand concepts and setups and again be prepared to be asked what you as a tech would do in a situation. I was hoping for more black and white questions and answers and that wasn't the case.
I’ve been out of the networking game for about 20 years after going and into forensic investigations! This is an excellent refresher to prepare me for the security plus training and certification. Hopefully better horizons and new job opportunities after This goal is achieved. :-) Cheers

It seems we are really paying a bunch of money just for a sheet of paper saying we know our stuff.
The game is the game..
Please tell me what's this comptia a+ and all....ik i am foolish
@@alexismoore2731 Always.
Precisely why I'm watching these video courses. I want to get a solid foundation and understanding of the concepts at hand before I spend a dime on the formal method.
I believe the main reason is because I want to ensure this is the certification I desire before I spend a large chunk of my funds on it.
Uuuuuuh you just get a cert. You can use the practice material for like 300$. Plus, a company won't just hire you unless you have computer experience previously or a cert.
I had no idea Ethernet over power was even a thing, or how cable standards worked. How neat!
Am I the only one who randomly had this video just play in the background through RUclips feed recommendations
Thank you :)
Whatever you teach, I'll gladly learn it because your teaching is so good that it'll imprint on my brain forever.🎉
This video is fantastic for visual learners and the narrator has a hypnotic delivery. I learned so much and I can't thank you enough. Wish me luck on the test!
💪💪You got this!
And as of today, I am N+ certified, thanks to this video and info. Sure. It's not exactly up to date, but it helps with understanding topics and concepts within Network+.
Thats all I needed to know !
am taking CCNA exam soon this video is the best that i have seen so far very clear and easy to understand thanks for sharing
Did you get easily? 😕
By far the best material I've came across. This was more useful to my learning style
This video was fantastic, very simple and easy to break down, even in 2024 going into 2025 with the 008 being retired and 009 becoming the the main test most of this information is still relevant
IPv6 Hexadecimal 4 bit chart conversion was the best explanation of binary to hexidecial I've found.
Network+ certified after watching this video and reading Mike Meyers "All in One" book! Hope to see more certifications video from you man, thank you!!!
Nice. Congrats!
Honestly it was! But I studied hard and passed by 10 points, but a pass is a pass!
Shook One do you know any legit page where i can practice CCNA?
*I know you asked for practice but I like to give a little background first :)
I actually attained my CCNA through WGU late last year when it was 100-101/102. I used Ucertify with the OCG + CBT Nuggets + Boson. If I had to do it over again WITHOUT the school providing me everything, here is what I would do:
1. Purchase the Official Cert Guide AND Sybex Guide by Todd Lammle.
2. Purchase the Ex-Sim Max for CCNA by Boson
3. Purchase the Boson NetSim for Cisco (www.boson.com/netsim-cisco-network-simulator)
No I'm not sponsored by Boson, I just trust the material! You could also get away with getting Packet Tracer for free but I would like to have the labs already set up for me with instructions so that's why I went with Boson. Let me know if you need any direction.
Don't forget about the CCNA Reddit here, which I would post your same question there to see if you get different responses: www.reddit.com/r/ccna/
Professer Messer just came out with study notes here for CCENT: www.professormesser.com/icnd1/
Took me from Aug to december to finish this, got slowed down due to online classes and undertanding it carefully. But finally finished it. Thank you very much on this really helped me boost for a career.
Great to hear!
I cannot thak you enough for putting these Animated Videos together for the public to use. They have come in so handy, because I am a visual learner and other websites out there just talk and talk and talk without showing how it works. thank you.
This is the best networking channel on RUclips hands down
This designer of this tutorial is a genius. Everything is simplified and condensed for easy understanding. I owe you gratitude that can't be expressed in words. Thanks very much.
is the voice AI?
Holy shit! This is SO DAMN AWESOME! I love it and thank you for all your time and work put into this!
+Tanner Garcia Thank you! :)
Thanks Nick, appreciate the comment.
I just fell asleep and woke up to this
The included animations are incredible for their purpose. Just because they aren't cutting edge technically doesn't mean they aren't works of art.
Please make a new course for N10-008!!! I enjoy seeing the animations, it helps me to better understand the concepts.
Thank you for publishing all of this for free. YOU DA MEN!!!
I’m studying for the network + and there are a few topologies that weren’t mentioned. Glad I came across this video
It only clicked after I watched this video, can’t be more thankful!!!
Buddy you are a Hero!!! Taking all this time to make content that educates people.

PowerCert Animated Videos also you say in the OSI model part that the Network Layer fragments data and that the Data Link Layer deals with flow control, but in the ExamCram manual it specifically states both of the things happen on the Transport Layer. I'm conflicted on whom to believe.
I just woke up after 3 hours of sleep. How tf this get on my autoplay?? LMFAO.
Just passed my Net+ exam today. First attempt! I lived and breathed this video for a month. Thank you so much!!
Ferrislilly fid u use anything else??
how much of this was on the N10-007?
d1 the net+ voucher is 319.00usd
I was actually asking how much of the n10 006 objectives are on the n10 007? How much of this video will be on the 007?
You're a life Saver! I feel much more prepared to take the exam just from watching this.
thank you for all your efforts and time you spent on creating or preparing such helpful video, thank you again.
holy mother of acronyms, it just never ends
HJAJNE
Literally
Hello, i have watch the video for two times and i pass the exam very easy last weekend. Thx for sharing . Great Respect!
This the complete course guide to study about Network +?
Honestly, it seems to be. It just goes straight into the information without a bunch of filler like other videos.
I’ve been out of the networking game for about 20 years after going and into forensic investigations! This is an excellent refresher to prepare me for the security plus training and certification. Hopefully better horizons and new job opportunities after This goal is achieved. :-) Cheers
jot meier that's all you did was watch this twice
@@moretwocome21 would you say the big bucks are in forensics? Are you using the security cert with forensics?
Thank you very much for the animation lectures.you helped my COMPUTER NETWORKS Exam which is tomorrow.I have watched almost every video you made in just 2 days. I love the way u presented each topic.
This is the best network lesson ever in my life,
Thank you Power Sert , please put more updated lessons I’ll be looking forward to you!!!
I am convinced that this is the most useful introductory networking video on the internet. Thank you so much, and please continue to produce videos in this series! Thank you!
Damn I'm loving this!!!, thank you !!!.....I hope you can do a CCNA version of this soon!!!!
YES
I passed my Network + months ago. Even though the video is old. There are relevant topics on the CompTIA Network + exam
I plan on using this video as my sole resource, what percent of the video covers the test?
@@generictoast7678 Using this has the only source of review the Network + exam is not going to help you. This video has been 6 years. You will need to learn the new Wifi standards, STP/UTP cable catergories. You will need more deep knowledge on the security side as well
I'm watching every ads on the video!
I hope you'll made the CompTIA Server video too!
Great job!
Thank you!
Thank you
Tomorrow is my interview, I just finished the whole video and now filling completes, appreciate ur hardwork
Good luck!!
Thanks to you I passed my network + today
was this the only source of information you used to study?
Mr . PowerCert, thank you so much for your help. You don't know what you are really doing right now, but you are helping a lots of people around the world. On behalf of the people around the world thank you so very much. From the beginning you stared saying for the network exam you need to do this. Can you please continue to reminding us unto to the end. Thank you again .
+Ed Edward Thank you, and you're welcome.
I fell asleep with autoplay on, and I don't know why I'm here, but I like it.
Thanks :)
same
I fell asleep on my phone and ended up here 😭😭😭
Me tooo 😂😂😂😂
Me too dude 😂😂😂😅
Just passed my A+, gonna go for Network+ now. You guys are awesome for making these vids!
@Luis E. Batista Diaz 901 902
I fell asleep watching another video and woke up an hour into this one
You have explained subnetting in such a nice and understandable way. Thank you! Love your videos. They are def helping me shape up my knowledge and get the basics
not even trying to get a certification, just watching because it's a powercert video.
This video has helped me get a basic understanding of networking so well! I was having such a hard time trying to find a video or a good book for me to read to learn but i need to look no further. This video has helped me get a better grasp of networking.
I added these videos to my list of reasons why struggling to learn English was and is worth the effort.
I fell asleep and let RUclips take the wheel and I wake up to this 😂
It's really good. Now I have the content timings list, I can pick and choose those more difficult areas more easily. Also, you're right, I use myriad sources apart from the main course I enrolled on, including this one and others on RUclips, but I love how this one helps me focus on the nitty gritty of each topic - a total boon for revision - Thankss
This video auto played after watching all of @NetworkChuck 's CCNA videos and this one blew my mind!
cool
Bro, u hav high implementation skill .
very few peoples in the world knows how 2 attractively provide info, and u r the one on those list.
will love 2 see more content...
Appreciation from INDIA
This is the beginning of my learning in Networks and it seems great to grasp the knowledges when it comes to terminology
Hey Man! I wanna to say thank you! Thank you for your hard work and also for sharing your knowledge with us, and saving us money
+Oleg Utkin Thank you for watching.
Great presentation of information. Looking forward to current, 2019 Security+ :)
Hi
Any chance of updating the course to meet the current version of network + . That would be so beneficial to all of us ? Or maybe just do some extra videos to cover the missing bits ?
Thanks
It's crazy how much clearer and better you are than my professor at teaching this stuff. My teacher isn't a bad person but any stretch but God does he suck at teaching. He goes way too fast and he bounces around alot.
With This course I learnt a lot of computers Networks and I improve my english level.
Man these videos are very good, makes it so easy to understand. Great Job!!!!
I've watched a lot of your videos and you have NO idea how much you've helped me.
I'm sorry that I don't have the financial means to repay you know but one day I hope I will.. Thank you!!
the best video on internet to understand , just loved it.
I just play any of your videos randomly everyday just to support you through watching ad in your video with great content
I appreciate that
@@PowerCertAnimatedVideos Is it possible to make a video on Network plus 10-007, the current one?
I want to but....the problem is that is takes a very long time to do it...especially for one person. I'm probably going to wait for the next exam.
@@PowerCertAnimatedVideos Can you please make a flashcard question for network+, if not at least a more detail video focusing on Subnetting, Subnet Mask and VLSM which can be utilised not only in certification exam but in real life too. I hope you can at least do this for your fan 😉
@@PowerCertAnimatedVideos You are such a nice person.
You sir are a saint. RUclips should give you a medal.
