  • Thanks for joining me for this Low Impact 10 Minute Full Body Yoga Practice for all levels. We're going to be staying close to the mat for this one, for a slow, deep stretch. This is an at home yoga practice that will get you moving and leave you feeling more calm and relaxed. This practice will invite you to breathe, stretch and release any tension you may be holding. Suitable for all levels including beginners ♡

    Hi Bridget! I really enjoyed this yoga stretch :) Do you have any tips on staying consistent with yoga and making it a part of my daily life? I love how it makes me feel but struggle to keep a routine...

      Hey Charlotte ☺️ thanks so much for your comment! Getting into a routine is really challenging and I find it hard sometimes too! My best advice would be to start off with trying to commit to 5-10 minutes a day first and then build up from there! 10 minutes a day is much better than 1 hour once a week in my experience!
