- Hi friends! The votes are in and Yoga to De-Stress was the majority favorite for this week. I'm excited to bring you this 30 minute grounding yoga class.
The class will begin by bringing ourselves into the present moment by setting an intention, then we'll move into seated stretches and a main sequence including full body stretches, twists and a little core work! The class ends with gentle stretches lying down, and then we will practice one of my favorite breath work techniques- all to assist you in relaxing and letting go of stress.

I just found your yoga channel, and I LOVE it. I do quite a bit of yoga, and after COVID came I found it really challenging to find a yoga channel that resonated with me; something that included a good combo of strength training, stretching, and mindfulness work. It's so frustrating to me to watch yoga teachers doing sequences in their videos and hardly being into it. Lots of fidgeting, cheating in poses, never mentioning breathing, etc.
I love that you include modifications, that you encourage breath work and matching breath to movement, and that you don't play music!! (At first, I thought that the lack of music would be strange, but it made me so much more intune with my body).
I'm super picky when it comes to teachers and you totally hit the mark for me! Thanks girl, keep up the solid work !!!

Just ran a half marathon without training, and I'm really sore. This was exactly what I needed. Love the no bs approach, no ads, and no "subscribe / like" requests. The sound quality is excellent, very clever to do a voice over. Keep up the great work, namaste!

Im a 59 year old beginner with a lifetime of bumps and bruises. I am glad I'm not in a class with. others, my grunts and groans would be off putting to the others in class.
Yoga is for real.
After struggling thru four of your excellent classes I'm already feeling more flexible and enthused.
I look forward to being a yogi in my sixties.

oh, this was so nice. i'm notoriously in my head and often struggle and sometimes flat-out refuse to come back to earth, but by the end of this, i was _here._ even with my eyes closed, it felt nice to feel like i was here and legitimately in the present moment. your practices are truly a gift, i have not come across one i didn't love. thank you ❤✌🏻

I have been practicing to your videos for a few months now. I find the pace and your instructions plus soothing, clear voice a perfect combination.
Tips on where to press with what or to square off the hips are very, very precious. Once you let go and are fully vested on the mat, following your instructions is a breeze. Thank you so much!

I enjoyed this one. I like how there is no music, making for a bit of quiet time in my day, and the instruction is just the essentials, allowing me to unwind.

So calming and relaxing! I enjoyed that there was no background music as it allowed to be completely present without distraction. The relaxation breathing technique at the end was wonderful too. Thank you, will definitely be doing this again!
