Because a lot of people are self-isolating, they don't want a ton of leftovers since they have to eat it all themselves.

I have to say, I love you so much! I am a scratch cook (my wife loves that!) and you are my go-to when I'm making something new. Your recipes inspire me to no ends! What got me to subscribe was your mashed potatoes video... I made really good, creamy mashed potatoes that everyone loved but, they weren't "fluffy". After watching that vid my mashed potatoes are now creamy AND fluffy!! Thank you so much! I've use so many of you recipes and they are always a hit! Thank you! Don't ever stop what you are doing. :)

For us 6 is a large gathering! We’re a family of 3 and our family is too far away to go visit and can’t come visit us so easily due to disabilities. We tend to go there before Christmas (between Thanksgiving and Christmas) so we can do small holidays at home but still have a gathering before Christmas. I still am gonna make your delicious turkey, I love it. We want to have your honeyglazed ham too (I’ve made it like 6 or 7 times this year and have another in the fridge) but on the day of we may just buy a Honeybaked due to oven space. Your classic stuffing is my mom’s favorite, she hated stuffing before you. This video is great, thank you Laura! PS, I love leftover turkey and stuffing!!

I made your Thanksgiving turkey recipe last year for our friends giving dinner and afterwords it looked like a bunch of coyotes and got a hold of it because it was so good.

That looked so good, and so fast! I make turkey for like twenty people every year even if it's just my boyfriend and I. 😆 I love eating leftover turkey, and so does he, so we're set on food for a whole week. I'm also team Laura on the mushy veggies at the bottom of the pan. They are not good.

I make your Shrimp Scampi recipe all the time and we love it. It is so much easier and using less pans than I came up with. It is fool proof. Also we make your spare ribs recipe and it is also delicious. I also make taco chicken and cheese quesadillas from your recipe. Very good. Thank you for sharing your recipes.
