    This 30-Minute Morning Flow class, lead by Miki Ash is a great way to kick start your day, energize your mind and treat your body to a little TLC. Miki guides you through various asanas and soft stretches, while synchronizing your breath with these movements. This morning yoga practice stretches and strengthens the muscles, opens up the heart space, gets the body aligned and revitalizes the mind.
    Set your intention for the day, connect to your breath and find what feels good for you.

    Normally i practice every day but following a bout of intense depression, Ive barely left my bed for over two weeks. today i found some courage to move, and this flow was perfect. not too challenging, moved me in all the right ways, nicely energising and i felt safe with your vocal quality, cues and positivity miki... thank you so muhc, im truly grateful

    Really wasn't feeling energized enough to do an extreme power yoga class, but was going to try my best. But this entire class I was like "oh that feels good". Exactly what I needed today. Perfect morning stretch after a tossing and turning sleep.

    I used to do a lot of yoga but last 2+ years there were so many things to deal with that my sport routine dropped. Now I am returning including Yoga and this was the 1st flow after so much time and it felt good... and a bit challenging, but I get there :-) Thank you

    I felt so proud of myself when I was able to lower myself to a toe squat...my balance has been improving, and this only raised my self-esteem with it a bit more 🙌🏻

    Really enjoyed this class! I've been finding that some yoga videos on RUclips don't give helpful instructions, but this was very easy to follow without having to look at the screen every 30 seconds.

    Very good! Maybe talk a little less, I don’t think you paused and morning yoga should be a bit more peaceful I think. Really good though!
