Thankyou so much for this.. I have eczema for past 8 months and am doing plank workout daily it really produce heat from my body.. After this I will do light exercise to stay fit.. really I have to cure from eczema it really affects my mental health a lot..

I have Pitta dosh i was told by ayurvedic doctor who checked me today - I am confused which form of exercise to choose between yoga ,gym and martial arts? I like martial art a lot and i can only workout in gym if workout is interesting and i have someone to push me . I am overweight right now and have bad habits as well . Sleep issue as well how to manage all 3 things yoga ,martial art and weight training? My mind is always overthinking and confused

pitta is provoked by increacing the type of pitta like data , any increace of income will increase pittic consistancy, increace of all pitta will bring tendency to increace pitta , alll increacement will lead to transitions , pitta increaces algoritmycly

The most important thing I've learned from Dosha is - stay away from Pitta individuals. The characteristic of Pitta, not be discriminating male or female, is crude, naive, narrow-minded, money-hungry and manipulative. This obviously leads to a nature-deficit disorder. That I may perceive that the typical Pitta not give a damn about mother earth and whatever holds the world together is Vata/Kapa, while Pitta divides nature. I use strong language, because the world is at a crossroads, better or for worse and Pitta decide on war day-to-day. You bet!
Look who is narrow minded. The type of people you attract is directly related to the qualities you suppress. But honestly, if you stay away from me, I would not mind at all. People like you, who find excuses to be judgemental pricks are the real misfortune.
