The Motorcraft number for the pigtail is WPT-1492, or the Ford part number for it is HU2Z-14S411-AB.

The pigtail? It was Ford / Motorcraft. They’re available from dealers, parts stores, online etc.

Mechanic who reinstalled mine installed one facing the wrong direction. I adjusted it but still have the park aid fault message. I visually inspected the wires and they seemed fine. If there's no issues Do I just have to reset it? And will a normal OBD2 be able to do that?

I don’t think anything has to reset. If everything is working properly the message should go away and stop appearing.

My 2021 F150 came from Canada with missing 3 rear sensors and 1 missing pigtail. I have managed to solder a different harness according to the electrical scheme of Ford. wires 1 2 3 are in correct position. However as I am in Europe and here are very few parts for the F150 I bought aftermarket sensors. But it still shows me same message - B1B46:08 - Bus Signal/Message Failures on all 3 sensors that I have replaced. From what I have found as info on the Internet regarding the same code error on a Ford Escape/Kuga - I have to perform Test on the PAM by disconnecting it? Is this the right case with this issue or there is another way to approach it? Cheers

If all three of the aftermarket sensors you installed are setting no signal codes I would probably question if those are the correct sensor. If you have one good sensor on the back of the truck I would probably move it / plug it into one of the other connectors and verify if the code clears for that position. If it does it’s your sensors. If it doesn’t you probably have a wiring issue.

Try ordering OEM parts, should hopefully be the issue.

    What size wire?

They’re not very big wire, probably around 16 gauge.
