What if the 2021 F150 has an inverter where you show the auxiliary battery? Anyone know if that model F150 has an auxiliary battery at all or in another location?

@carshoptalk hello. I have a 2013 Lincoln MKZ. With this same issue. Is this something I can do myself in the resetting or does a dealership have to do it? If so. Can you tell me an approximate cost for what you did??

Could you wire an aftermarket amplifier to that battery instead of the one under the hood?

I just did this with my 2016 Fiesta ST w/ Nav. The touch UI is a massive improvement and the touchscreen is WAY more responsive. Super worth it, took about 15 mins to DL the latest update and about 30 to install on the car. I did a master reset after which took around 5 more minutes, then reconnected everything. Everything worked right away and no bugs so far!

I've been seeing a few vids with this sound-over, and they are collectively my spirit animal.

We've got a 2024 F450 Limited that did this a few weeks ago. Ford dealership has had it for 3 weeks and cant figure it out. They claimed its the Fuse Box - Ford (PC3Z-14A303-BA) and have since replaced it but cannot get the truck to "program". Whatever that means. I've found several other new Ford owners that have had the same or similar electrical issues AND we had a 2019 F450 work truck recently catch fire out of nowhere and burn to the ground AND we have friends with a 2022 F450 who are also having electrical issues. It seems like FORD is starting to live up to their moniker "found on road dead". We started a buy back and are contemplating going to the GMC Denali Ultimate, even though it isn't as nice.

My Mother's Fusion was doing the same thing. If you remove the radio fuse for a moment and replace it the radio should work again and you wont have to replace the unit. This isn't a permanent fix but its a cheap one (free). I have had to do this fix twice for her in the last couple years.

My 2023 Lariat (option group 502a) actually has two (2) of these small batteries (BHAGM-AUX1-B), linked in series, under the rear seat. They completely fill the battery box. So, in total, that's three (3) batteries.

So once you do the cyanlabs, does it interfere with any future sync updates from ford?

Epoxy sounds like a good fix...if you can see the crack, I recommend scuffing the plastic where the crack is at, that way that epoxy holds really sure. The plastic surfaces are pretty smooth, so it may take for now, but end up flaking off. A little fine sandpaper and then Isoprop alcohol to clean the surface before epoxy.

Impossible to drop the little dipstick HOWEVER mine was super brittle and half of it BROKE OFF and fell in the transmission! Darn it! So, be carefull.

Hi, I have a 2021 Explorer ST, 10870 miles, AWD, making a howling noise at 64-75 mph. Most prominent at 73. The car has had the rear diff. all 4 CV half shafts, drive shaft, front diff, and a wheel replaced, all under warranty Still cannot find it. After the latest replacement part, the front diff, the dealer said the noise moved up to 75 mph. They have used chassis ears on it, any other ideas? I sent them this video, not sure if they watched it or not. The next thing they are doing is calling the Ford "help line". Any other ideas? I found a tsb, "#21-2064" for the ford transit van doing the same thing, something called a "second order driveline frequency" transmitted through rear driveshaft. Maybe not applicable but they ended up installing a torsional damper kit. Any other helpful ideas? thank you

Good find. My 2020 Edge has started giving me the same issue and Forscan Lite shows the same codes plus one more related for Generator "A." In the process of tracking it down now.

I changed the pump last year. Pump seems to be running fine. Still getting the red triangle, usually after sitting in traffic then climbing hills on a warm day with AC running. Reservoir is full. Can't figure out the problem.

Just checked mine due to weird shifting. Alldata shows this process: with engine at operating temperature shift into each gear for 5 seconds, the shift to park. Check fluid level on dipstick. Level should be at the upper level of dotted (B) which is the upper end of the dipstick. My dipstick is at the very bottom??? Like quarter of an inch at the bottom. I never noticed a leak so I wonder why the hell it’s so low. I just ordered a new bottle so hopefully that solves the issue
