I'm going crazy over here! 2005 6.0 Powerstroke While Cranking: FICM SYC - 1 FMP - 47 Volts ICP - 1533 PSI IPR - 56.2% I still got a crank no start, where should I look? With that much pressure I don't think I need to air test it. Which by the way, this all began with random rough idling and losing almost all power while driving I almost died going up a hill. Sounds like a misfire when it was running rough, I thought it was a sticky injector. Now it just cranks and doesn't start. It's got 50k flawless miles on a rebuild.
@@CarShopTalk Yes, I pulled the cap off the secondary filter up top and turned the key on. The bowl fills right up. I'm stumped, but I'm also not a full time tech lol.
@@CarShopTalk Just checked for codes, here's what I got: P0472 - Exhaust Pressure Sensor Low P2263 -Turbo/Supercharger Boost System Performance (Should be normal, I have a non-VGT turbo) P2269 - Water in Fuel Condition P2285 - Injector Control Pressure Sensor Circuit Low

I agree, your ICP looks good. Is it getting fuel? Any codes?

@@philfinote3731 try unplugging the exhaust pressure sensor and see if it starts. I had one shorted once that caused a no start.
