Broski! I couldn’t thank u enough for not just a detailed video but actually being 1 of Few who actually are HONEST but actually showing exactly what you see and what many of us actually don’t and end up being taken advantage of as exactly every single thing that popped up on this screen is exactly what popped up on mine just two weeks before inspection is due and just a few weeks before Christmasand I already knew the text. We’re gonna try and have a field day and charge me a lot of money so thank you again.
Fantastic video. I work for an independent shop, and we regularly work on a few cars for the local police department. Have a 2020 explorer that came in for ac work, and after setting for a few days, all the same messages randomly appeared along with that trouble code. Direct hit pointed me in the modules direction, but with no procedure. Thank you for the video.
if you have these errors very good chance you need to see TSB 23-2174 - front axle disconnect actuator bad. The TSB replaces with solid front axle. No more disconnect. This happened to my 2020 Platinum 26k mi. They also revised the front o-ring that leaks around 10k mi.
Done this tsb twice and ended up still having to replace awd module . Was able to communicate with awd module . But there were other modules with dtcs for not communicating with the awd module correctly which is a indicator the module is going bad . I’m working on one rn where the transfer case actuator is making a clicking noise in park once it gets power . My coworker says the module going bad may be causing it to not function right ;he’s dealt with the noise before and replaced the transfer case actuator and warning lights came back . Basically if you get these warning lights just shoot a awd module first .
Just went through this exact thing with a ‘21 Aviator. Luckily was covered under warranty, my local Ford Dealer had me in and out same day. Luckily they had that AWD Module in stock. I am curious, what this would’ve likely cost outside of warranty, would you mind at least throwing out a ballpark, or even how many hours the manual says this should take? Thanks for the video! Sub’d!
Pls Mr. Is there anyway I can get a Ford Dealership websites Login Access or better create one for myself, also how could the FDRS license be gotten? Pls I'd like to get your mail or whatever means I could contact you on. I'd be really glad and appreciate that
Should I do this on my Explorer as a preventative measure? I don't have any of the lights. I did get them one time on a rainy day 2 years ago, but it hasn't returned.
@highseaautitech. Thanks for the reply I grew up a ford guy. And now got like 4 fords. This one and the mustang always be having problems. 🫡 subscriber now! 👍🏼

What software are tou using to program module
Where are you located 🧐
I got the same fault warnings after doing front brakes…how do I clear those codes?
What is the module really designated for? Even though all the alerts show up on the dash.
Thank you bro you’re the best
