Yes, your breasts will be more firm and perkier and there might be a change in your bra size too if you do these exercises regularly. They did help change bra size in my case. I am 2 sizes bigger now just because my old bras couldn't engulf all of the flesh inside them. The best thing I can tell you is to try to eat ONLY between 12 pm n 6pm. Cut all carbs and sugar. I went fro. 205 to 169 in 5 months, and now I just joined a gym this month to tone up. I too want to be around 135 to 145. Good luck
@Demontyme1 Did you do workouts to lose weight or just stuck to a diet. I know certain workouts make you gain muscle which makes you look more bigger, so I'm trying to lose fat, not gain too much muscle
I have been doing this 4-5 times a week for fifteen days and have seen a huge difference...i was quite upset about the upper back fat but super happy now...guys just do it whenever wherever possible..kitchen..washroom etc et ..its such a short n quick workout..with two kids i was never getting time for myself but now somehow i manage because i have found her channel on youtube...amazing..
@@Disha.0_0 I was doing other exercises like aerobics and yoga so weight loss was majorly because of those. Since my fat is concentrated mainly in this area so I followed this workout for a few weeks and my upper back fat was almost gone

I've been a silent watcher since I started doing this exercise back in March. Now that I'm in October, I can say that this really works IF you're consistent doing it for at least 3-5 times a week. My upper back has never looked better, Even though it's still flabby, at least it looks toned and stronger! Whoever doing this exercise, keep going!
@@Invinciblediva27 Diet is very essential for the effectiveness of a workout. You don't have to do the traditional dieting (wherein you suddenly start eating salads every meal after binge eating yesterday because doing that will only make you crave and eat SOOO MUCH more), you can, like, just eat less food with (unhealthy) fats and sugar-- lesser and lesser each day (or week if you're like me who has trouble controlling herself from wanting to eat more 😂) until there would come a day wherein you can already go on with not much fat and NO sugar. Just go slow. But to answer your question, yes, healthy eating is essential and if you really want FAST results 😁
Guys this actually works.. I am doing it from past 2 weeks and I see noticable changes in my neck hump and back fat . I am doing 200 counts of each exercise i.e 50sets × 4 . Just be consistent and control a little on sugary foods .. you'll be a lot happier.♥️😀

Long time I had the stubborn fat in my upper back and arms until this video… it’s not the stubborn fat, it’s wrong exercises 😅 I was going to gym every other day for 1,5 hours including treadmill and pushups but my arms and upper back still were not fit. Starting this workout tomorrow. I’m doing Taras body’s intense dance workout and Pamela Reif’s abs plus 20 minutes brisk walk for these days. Day 7:💃🏾. The dark stretch marks on my underarms have lightened and the exercise is getting easier. My neck hump has reduced and I feel my neck is stronger. Day 8: 💃🏾My arms feel stronger after a week. Week 2 here we come. Day 9: 💃🏾 Late update. Less motivation today. I did switch sides during the workout just to make things a bit interesting. Day 10: 💃🏾To be honest I have never seen my back look this good. I can see some of my back bones. I didn’t think that would happen. Also my black stretch marks on the arms have become really light. I started doing this workout about a month ago because I just bought a prom dress and the top didn’t fit well because of my upper back and now I can clip it perfectly! I also do this workout with 2 5lb weights and it makes it harder and adds a bit of a challenge to it. Love this video!
i cannot believe this, i’m incredibly happy and i can’t tell if my mind’s playing tricks on me but after 1-2 weeks of doing this i can see results 😳🧿 gonna keep doing this until i reach my desired look or until i don’t have any unflattering back fat !! also for anyone wondering, i have a slower metabolism and losing weight/fat has always been a struggle for me. while i was working out i also didn’t change too much in my diet, i just started incorporating more veggies and trying to slowly cut out/reduce my sugar intake. i do intermittent fasting as well, and i did this workout once a day.

I've been a silent watcher since I started doing this exercise back in March. Now that I'm in October, I can say that this really works IF you're consistent doing it for at least 3-5 times a week. My upper back has never looked better, Even though it's still flabby, at least it looks toned and stronger! Whoever doing this exercise, keep going!

@@Invinciblediva27 Diet is very essential for the effectiveness of a workout. You don't have to do the traditional dieting (wherein you suddenly start eating salads every meal after binge eating yesterday because doing that will only make you crave and eat SOOO MUCH more), you can, like, just eat less food with (unhealthy) fats and sugar-- lesser and lesser each day (or week if you're like me who has trouble controlling herself from wanting to eat more 😂) until there would come a day wherein you can already go on with not much fat and NO sugar. Just go slow. But to answer your question, yes, healthy eating is essential and if you really want FAST results 😁

Guys this actually works.. I am doing it from past 2 weeks and I see noticable changes in my neck hump and back fat . I am doing 200 counts of each exercise i.e 50sets × 4 . Just be consistent and control a little on sugary foods .. you'll be a lot happier.♥️😀

I have been doing these excercises for quite a while now and guess what i can really see the change by myself..it depends on a person to person if the excercises suit them or not..these excercises are very effective and i think anyone wondering if it will work or not just try it for a week you will definitely feel more comfortable,light and happy!..and the best thing about your videos are that you dont tell us to repeat the videos for another set..it really feels like we are doing the excercises together and it motivates me even more💕. Starting this workout tomorrow. I’m doing Taras body’s intense dance workout and Pamela Reif’s abs plus 20 minutes brisk walk for these days.
Day 7:💃🏾. The dark stretch marks on my underarms have lightened and the exercise is getting easier. My neck hump has reduced and I feel my neck is stronger.
Day 8: 💃🏾My arms feel stronger after a week. Week 2 here we come.
Day 9: 💃🏾 Late update. Less motivation today. I did switch sides during the workout just to make things a bit interesting.
Day 10: 💃🏾To be honest I have never seen my back look this good. I can see some of my back bones. I didn’t think that would happen. Also my black stretch marks on the arms have become really light.

I think she’s doing it without equipment for a reason , with dumbbells you’d get muscles that pop out more whereas without them you’d slim that area down . I tried this work out and it felt good hard, cause I’m sixty six, and I’m always doing for others which is grand but I hope to keep doing these fairly simple exercises our bodies are made for improving in the hopes I’ll feel better about my self, women are a target, your not nice enough or pretty enough oh you have a muffin top, all those age defiant creams and lotions. I started doing this workout about a month ago because I just bought a prom dress and the top didn’t fit well because of my upper back and now I can clip it perfectly! I also do this workout with 2 5lb weights and it makes it harder and adds a bit of a challenge to it. Love this video!

i cannot believe this, i’m incredibly happy and i can’t tell if my mind’s playing tricks on me but after 1-2 weeks of doing this i can see results 😳🧿 gonna keep doing this until i reach my desired look or until i don’t have any unflattering back fat !!
also for anyone wondering, i have a slower metabolism and losing weight/fat has always been a struggle for me. while i was working out i also didn’t change too much in my diet, i just started incorporating more veggies and trying to slowly cut out/reduce my sugar intake. i do intermittent fasting as well, and i did this workout once a day.
