But whenever i stop doing it , my double chin is not there but i get extra fat above the jaw line, which has made my face from oval to square and even heavier than it was before.It has actually changed the shape of my face. I looked back at reference photos and holy shit my jaw is so sharp and any extra chin fat is gone. However due to the virus ive been exercising ALOT more. Running 30 mins plus weight training. Before you do this, make sure to take a picture of your face, front and sideways. You will literally see the difference. It's also good for motivation.

To anyone reading this, yes it works! I’ve been doing this for 3 days and and exercise 2 times a day. I can see the changes in my neck, it becomes more long (got rid of my fats in my double chin) and clear to see.
I found these exercises like a month ago and so far it has really toned my whole round face. And even though I wasn't consistent but I saw a big difference in my whole face cut specially my jawline. Try to be consistent and do it twice a day for immediate results.

I've been struggling with a double chin pretty much my entire life even after losing 30 lbs, it never completely disappeared. So for the first time, I decided to try doing facial exercises and see if it can make a difference because I was kinda skeptical about these things. Because of quarantine, I have much more time in my hands now so I decided to follow her video everyday for 30 days (I also started to workout, I was doing the chloe ting's 2 weeks abs challenge at the time in April). In May, I started doing this video (the first one was her 14 mins can you get rid of a double chin? video, I left a similar comment on that one so more people can see it.) for 30 days and I started the Chloe ting's 28 days flat tummy challenge. In this one I noticed that my jaw lines were the most visible, in the other video I feel like since It was my first, I saw a difference in the overall look of my face. And now in June, I went to try a different video and I'm starting the Chloe Ting's arms and back program. I will leave a similar comment on her video that i'm currently on for this month once i'm done. I'm sure I would've seen way better results if I had also focused on my diet too but that's one thing that i'm still working on. Either way, I'm really proud of the results and I will continue to follow that. You guys consistency is key, if you keep pushing, you will see results. DON'T GIVE UP, you got this!👍🏻

THIS WORKS!! I didn't have a lot of face fat to begin with, but it did affect my face's symmetry, pushed my face down to a constant scowl, and I had a slight double chin that appeared at some point when I had lost motivation in exercising for a couple of months. Now that I'm back to working out and doing these, my face has slimmed down a lot. I noticed a lot less wrinkles on my face and pressure when I smile. When I was shaving, I noticed my jawline was becoming more apparent and I feel like there is a slight lift for my facial features. My double chin is almost gone, just a small piece of fat when I touch it, but you can't see it anymore. When I look down, it feels more like what extra skin would feel like, so it shrank that much. This also only took less than two weeks, with me missing a couple of days.
I have only been doing this for just less than 2 weeks and I can definitely say it made a difference!! My jawline is wayy more noticeable and my fat under my chin has been reduced a lot!!! I definitely recommend to everyone but the most important thing is to STAY CONSISTENT!!!! Then you will see results❤️❤️❤️

I believe it will slowly come back if you stop the exercise. Just like any exercise. Keep at it until you see the Renaults you want and then do it from time to time to keep it looking nice.
I've always been slim because I used to exercise alot but my face is so chubby, its genetic. But now during my off days from college, I started doing this exercise and now face is slim but my body is thick because I'm eating a lot and I'm all day at home. Duh. But guys do this exercise daily, its really easy doing this while sitting no extreme equipments no warm up. Just 15 minutes and you will definitely see the results. Also focus on your breathing while doing this.

Then I stopped doing these exercises because I got tired of doing this.. Hey guys this does actually work. Just like any other area in the body, if you excercise it, it will become less toned and appear with less fat. Take lots of pictures throughout so that you can check your process. After few days of doing this it becomes easier and u no longer feel the intensity if u want to advance it hold a dumbell at most 5lbs in your hand sideways hold it straight u can also raise it up and down, u will definitely feel it this time

I tried this exercise and so far its working to me! Yay, my advice is not to skip a day doing this because you might get your double chin back and of course, partner it with your food intake that's really a great combination
I have started doing this exercise on 2nd of January this year and it has been a month and it has really worked for me. I have been doing it twice at a time, means a total of 6 sets and I have got amazing results till now. My jawline had become sleek and chin has got back to approximately its original shape. Still I plan to do it till I get my desired results.

I have been doing this religiously everyday for the past 2 years and I would say it definitely helps! I have many friends that haven’t saw me for years and told me that my face looks so much defined and some even thought I did surgery 😂 I also add guasha to my routine on top of this, I highly recommend :)

Hi guys, i have been doing this facial exercise for 2 months along with other exercise since im determined to have my glow up this yr (im claiming it!) At first it was hard especially for me since my jaws often locked but as i do this everyday, im now seeing my jaws more since i have chubby cheeks and circle face soooo 😭 but with this exercise i now see my jaws fr! I use this exercise as my cooldown in my exercises. If youre like me who is chubby, i dont recommend doing this vid alone. Maybe do some cardio or your fav exercise and add this workout, its definitely worth it! Im still on my way achieving my goals but compared to my physique b4, its better so stop procastinating and do this NOW!

I’ve never been overweight yet I’ve always had a problem with a double chin/saggy neck and it’s just getting worse as I get older. In addition, I broke my neck less than a year ago so I can’t turn my head to the side as much as the normal person but I’m hoping these exercises still work despite that limitation. Been doing these morning and night everyday for 4 straight days. It’s so hard for me to be consistent so this is huge for me. Babe is already seeing a difference! YESSS😍😍
I've been struggling with a double chin pretty much my entire life even after losing 30 lbs, it never completely disappeared. So for the first time, I decided to try doing facial exercises and see if it can make a difference because I was kinda skeptical about these things. Because of quarantine, I have much more time in my hands now so I decided to follow her video everyday for 30 days (I also started to workout, I was doing the chloe ting's 2 weeks abs challenge at the time in April). In May, I started doing this video (the first one was her 14 mins can you get rid of a double chin? video, I left a similar comment on that one so more people can see it.) for 30 days and I started the Chloe ting's 28 days flat tummy challenge. In this one I noticed that my jaw lines were the most visible, in the other video I feel like since It was my first, I saw a difference in the overall look of my face. And now in June, I went to try a different video and I'm starting the Chloe Ting's arms and back program. I will leave a similar comment on her video that i'm currently on for this month once i'm done. I'm sure I would've seen way better results if I had also focused on my diet too but that's one thing that i'm still working on. Either way, I'm really proud of the results and I will continue to follow that. You guys consistency is key, if you keep pushing, you will see results. DON'T GIVE UP, you got this!👍🏻

THIS WORKS!! I didn't have a lot of face fat to begin with, but it did affect my face's symmetry, pushed my face down to a constant scowl, and I had a slight double chin that appeared at some point when I had lost motivation in exercising for a couple of months. Now that I'm back to working out and doing these, my face has slimmed down a lot. I noticed a lot less wrinkles on my face and pressure when I smile. When I was shaving, I noticed my jawline was becoming more apparent and I feel like there is a slight lift for my facial features. My double chin is almost gone, just a small piece of fat when I touch it, but you can't see it anymore. When I look down, it feels more like what extra skin would feel like, so it shrank that much. This also only took less than two weeks, with me missing a couple of days.

I have only been doing this for just less than 2 weeks and I can definitely say it made a difference!! My jawline is wayy more noticeable and my fat under my chin has been reduced a lot!!! I believe it will slowly come back if you stop the exercise. Just like any exercise. Keep at it until you see the Renaults you want and then do it from time to time to keep it looking nice.
I've always been slim because I used to exercise alot but my face is so chubby, its genetic. But now during my off days from college, I started doing this exercise and now face is slim but my body is thick because I'm eating a lot and I'm all day at home. Duh.
But guys do this exercise daily, its really easy doing this while sitting no extreme equipments no warm up. Just 15 minutes and you will definitely see the results. Also focus on your breathing while doing this.

I did see changes in my jawline after two weeks from when I started doing this..but there were no changes on my double chin..
Then I stopped doing these exercises because I got tired of doing this..
Now I am back and doing these exercises everyday( almost a month ) and I am also doing face yoga.
-The fat on my chin is starting to disappear :)

Hey guys this does actually work. Just like any other area in the body, if you excercise it, it will become less toned and appear with less fat. Take lots of pictures throughout so that you can check your process. I definitely would recommend this to anyone have any self esteem issues but just remember that you are already beautifuland that you should be doing this for yourself and no one else❤️❤️

After few days of doing this it becomes easier and u no longer feel the intensity if u want to advance it hold a dumbell at most 5lbs in your hand sideways hold it straight u can also raise it up and down, u will definitely feel it this time

I tried this exercise and so far its working to me! Yay, my advice is not to skip a day doing this because you might get your double chin back and of course, partner it with your food intake that's really a great combination
I have started doing this exercise on 2nd of January this year and it has been a month and it has really worked for me. I have been doing it twice at a time, means a total of 6 sets and I have got amazing results till now. My jawline had become sleek and chin has got back to approximately its original shape. Still I plan to do it till I get my desired results.

I have been doing this religiously everyday for the past 2 years and I would say it definitely helps! I have many friends that haven’t saw me for years and told me that my face looks so much defined and some even thought I did surgery 😂 I also add guasha to my routine on top of this, I highly recommend :)

Hi guys, i have been doing this facial exercise for 2 months along with other exercise since im determined to have my glow up this yr (im claiming it!) At first it was hard especially for me since my jaws often locked but as i do this everyday, im now seeing my jaws more since i have chubby cheeks and circle face soooo 😭 but with this exercise i now see my jaws fr! I use this exercise as my cooldown in my exercises. If youre like me who is chubby, i dont recommend doing this vid alone. Maybe do some cardio or your fav exercise and add this workout, its definitely worth it! Im still on my way achieving my goals but compared to my physique b4, its better so stop procastinating and do this NOW!

I’ve never been overweight yet I’ve always had a problem with a double chin/saggy neck and it’s just getting worse as I get older. Thisss worksss!!!! you guys.... I've been doing it for about a week now and I'm already seeing the results..like dayummm...also I pair it with her other facial workouts aswell... that's probably why my jaw looks wayy defined than how it used to.. I've never had a prominent jawline..mine was barely there;now its been about a week since I've been working on it and my jawline is very obvious..my jaw feels tighter and my double chin has almost vanished..(it's just been a week🥺). For the best and fastest result couple it with her few other jaw workouts...hope you guys can see the results as quick as I did😍
