I had messed my left rotator cuff up months ago. It was so painful and weak. Went to physical therapy for first time in my life. It helped somewhat but not a whole lot. I was so defeated and frustrated I decided to try yoga. Found this video and I swear this saved me. I did this a couple of times a week and it fixed my shoulder. Thank you so so much!!! I now do your low back pain video. You are amazing!!
Just got diagnosed with a rotator cuff injury on my left shoulder for an issue that's been chronic. Since I do yoga daily and so many of the poses I do regularly are not good for this kind of injury, I really appreciate you designing a group of poses that will help stretch and strengthen this area. Thanks!
I've had a niggly left shoulder for the past week. My yoga and strength training on hold to rest it. Googled yoga for rotator cuff pain and this practice popped up. So grateful for yt algorithms. My shoulder is feeling better after just one practice thankyou so much. I will be doing this one regularly for sure. Going to check out your channel for SI joint practices.☮

I hurt my rotator cuff couple weeks ago in wrestling class and have been trying so many different exercises to relief the pain and this has to be one of the best. Feel a massive difference from just one session
Your videos have literally helped me so much. Just by doing your videos every other day it is crazy how much improvement I have in my mobility of my arm and range of motion in my back. These have been such a godsend because I can’t afford physical therapy co-pays due to changes in my insurance.
During the session, I didn’t feel like it was helping much, but after, when I sat down to work, my shoulder feels so much looser and better. You are a ninja! Thank you so much for this video as I have been in pretty bad pain the last couple days.
I just got released from PT for rotator cuff tear. They did a fabulous job, of course there are still a couple of directions of motion that just take longer to get back fully online, and this practice gently opened up a little bit more range of motion. I'll be back, thank you again!

I have Heds and am 1 year post op of my second left shoulder stabilization. Both surgeries failed but being in a sling for 12 weeks in 2.5years has caused the most damage. I have made it a daily practice to mobilize my mid back and ribs, its made all the difference. Your videos help me so so much.

It's all about how you are doing it and what you are feeling. If you are feelin the right muscles and everything is pain free my clients do down dog. If it's painful or they have pain after they work their way up to it.
It's all about what you are feeling and how you are doing the exercises. I have my clients do these exercises with shoulder impingement, but key is not pain when doing them 💕
Very nice. 🩵 Love the leggings. This is pinching nerves. If i could keep the shoulder blades back it helps until I reach far. Pain in the elbow area in front. Thigh in that area too.

Is down dog a no-no if one is careful to squeeze shoulder blades down the back and rotate biceps forward?
It's all about how you are doing it and what you are feeling. If you are feelin the right muscles and everything is pain free my clients do down dog. If it's painful or they have pain after they work their way up to it.
