Nikki, I was unfortunate to experience a house fire. Luckily I got my son and I out but we lost everything except the clothes on our back. Since then, I literally have a fire extinguisher in every room and two in the kitchen. Glad we’re back on our feet but yeah, it’s a good fear to have brother.

I'm pretty sure it's a Johnny Harris video, but someone investigated what the actual heck is happening when McDonald's ice cream machines are "broken". It was a wild ride. The TLDR: McDonald's corporate owns the company they gave exclusive rights to service the ice cream machines to and makes their franchises use those specific machines. When an error occurs, the store doesn't usually get a reason they can fix themselves, so they have to call the technician out. It's corporate greed.
Also we used to say it's broken when it was down for cleaning because people won't buy ice cream if they think it's dirty. Even though it was supposed to be cleaned nightly because it's dairy product and that's just what you do because food safety.
