      @JohnNobody-sp7sj 4 дня назад

      You should watch it again. He never got up to the side of the car and the windows were too dark to see through. The cop didn't go straight to run the license plate. It was already run by the automatic license plate reader on the patrol car. Everyone's plates are automatically scanned. If it scans one with some sort of issue like not being registered, no insurance, an owner with warrants or a suspended license, and whatever else. The computer tells the cop what car to look at and what the issue is. He doesn't have to do anything. So like that all you want because it reflects a lot about you. He didn't pull him over for what you and other ignorant people are suggesting.

    I think some of you really miss what happened here. The white officer said “your plate didn’t come back to anything”. What that means was, they saw a black guy driving, and immediately ran his plates hoping to find a warrant, or criminal history so they could stop it for drugs. This is called a “pretextual stop”. It’s also illegal.
    Once they stopped him and saw it was a cop, they wouldn’t have been able to make up a lie as to why they stopped him, or try to search the vehicle. That’s why they didn’t claim he was speeding or any traffic violations.
    He got out of the car to show his uniform to help those officers. If they had got to his window, asked for his license, and said oh you did some made up traffic violation, they would have probably been demoted or fired.

      @@bondoly66 Actually it’s very crystal clear. The first thing the white cop said was “your plates weren’t coming back to anyone”. He didn’t say “you were speeding”, “you were driving into the wrong lane”, etc. That means by his own admission, the sole reason for the stop was that the plates were “ghost”.
      Now having established that from the own officers mouth, a lawyer would ask, “why were you running his plates?”. The answer is this is likely a drug unit (2 cops in the car) who drive around performing pretextual stops in the hopes of finding drugs or weapons. They run the plates hoping that you have a warrant or are on probation. This automatically lets them violate your rights (on probation a cop has more authority). Lastly, they hope that you have a criminal record because in their twisted mind, an ex convict keeps drugs and weapons in their vehicle all day lmao.
      If you disagree, then you fail to understand police tactics and I hope you never have an officer speak to you for anything. You’ll likely talk yourself into a jail cell.

There was a Sheriff's Deputy who happened to pass him while he was starting into this curve. The Deputy turned around pulled him over and after being detained for 30 minutes while the car was being searched gave him a ticket for driving too slow. When he went to pay the ticket they couldn't even find it in their books to levy a fine. The clerk said just pay the 20 dollars court cost so we did. I wanted it to go to trial but my friend would of had to come back said they would pay the 20 dollars. It was totally stupid to of even gotten the ticket to begin with
