He was in Lansing, at the State Capitol, when dozens if not hundreds of militia members where broke in and held guns, including high powered rifles in the balconies of both chambers of the State Legislature. When the whole plot was uncovered, in the middle of the day, the state GOP wasn't concerned about the Governor. They weren't concerned about the other employees in the capitol.
