  • To reverse these and other problems and create optimal health, replace those damaging fats with healthy fats like coconut oil, avocados, grass-fed butter, omega 3-rich fish, and extra virgin olive oil.

    Thank you for the video. I noticed you mostly mentioned plant food sources of good fats and healthy eating. What are the foods containing the bad fats and how can we find all of them? and do beef, chicken and eggs promote healthy or unhealthy gut bacteria? and what are your thoughts on dairy for the gut microbiom? does grass fed cow butter really promote healthy guy? what is the difference in the composition of butter from grass fed cows to commercially fed cows? and do you have references you can cite for your claims on everything in the video?

    Why are there two different schools of thought on fermented foods? If fermented vegetables are good, what about wine and cheese?

    • @Mrb1uu
      @Mrb1uu 6 лет назад +4

      The fermented vegetables that he suggests (kimchi, tempeh, miso, etc) have lots of probiotics in them! Probiotics are actual LIVE microorganisms in these foods that support, restore, and feed your gut bacteria. Foods such as wine and cheese do not have as much probiotics and therefore as not as beneficial to the body as these fermented food or pickled veggies.

  • @rebeccaerb9935
    @rebeccaerb9935 2 года назад

    I looked up the mouse experiment.
    They had a thin mouse and an obese mouse. They transferred the thin mouses gut bacteria to the obese mouse and the obese mouse got thin.
    So if this is true and it works... How do we transfer the gut bacteria to the obese person to help with weight loss.
    I thought of breastmilk.. and then wondered if we could somehow isolate this good bacteria to make it more accessible.
    I totally agree with you about all that you have said here. Processed foods are too much for the body..
    And refined oils are not natural n this might confuse the body n it thinks it's good n stores it.
    Sunlight Can Save Your Life was a book my mom read while sitting on the beach and she would just talk about what she was learning from it and share the information with her friends. I listened.
    I never forgot what she said and one of the things was about the corn oil. That it takes 15 ears of corn to make one tablespoon of corn oil. These are complex fats and they are stored under the skin.. then the free radicals increase... If too much uvb rays hit the skin this sets off the free radicals and can create cancer... So I'm thinking that some sun is good combined with a healthy unprocessed diet and good healthy microbial balance is the key to looking n feeling good.
    Thanks for this video!
    And Thankyou for reading my comment!
    Blessings!!!

    Hi. I want to do your 21 day plan - I bought your book and read the whole thing. I am a vegetarian and I just feel bad for eating that much meat. I wouldn't mind eating it 2 times a week, but the program seems to have meat every day if not 2 times a day. Is there a way to do your 21 days without as much meat?

    Where does your bacteria come back from if you take antibiotics and destroy it all..What would happen if you ate sugar and fibre after taking them how would it digest? Would eating sugar be worse without the bacteria that digests it. ACV-does that eat into sugars? Seems to lower sugar spikes.
