Thank you das keyboard for making this possible. I never thought anyone can beat sean wrona in my lifetime. Because the way he type is just so efficient.
This was an amazing video truly, definitely inspiring to see the quality put in here. And wow Chakk really looked untouchable in almost all of those matches.
@@UltimateTypingChampionship understandble but the type of keyboard they're using can very heavily affect their typing performance, especially if it differs to what they all practice on prior. I understand the fear of cheating but I'd imagine using an unfamiliar keyboard could have affected some contestants. Still a big fan of the series but would love to see if contestants would be able to fight out on their most preferred keyboard
I have an essay due later today that I haven't even started, but I just had to watch Anthony "Chak", the Chad, go beast mode and boast that 210 wpm speed during that one race and I am hyyyyyyped
My only complaint with this video was the typing sound effect that was used. Found it pretty annoying. Would have preferred no fake typing sound and just silence/music instead, although I would have LOVED it if somehow the sounds from each respective typists' keyboards could be obtained. I understand that might be particularly difficult to do though, lol.
Great, I'd like to have two good HD cameras setup on tripods for each typist. You can edit the footage in post competition if not possible live. It would be lovely to see clear fingering here in perfect sync with the competition. And possibly facial expressions, grunting etc.
All the contestants are using QWERTY? Or, are there some using DVORAK or COLEMAK? I think writing this in the content (players and their layout) should be pretty important, since there is a lot of debate about the speed difference between these layouts and people would mostly want to know what the players are using. p.s. Also, some short introduction for your DAS Keyboard & it's switches (which they are using) would have been good for advertising and resolving viewer's curiosity.

@@UltimateTypingChampionship that is great, I really want to get to know all the people, even those that may have never had a chance to place the top 10.
It would be inhuman to reach speeds of about 300 words per minute, so definitely not true. Over a few people could reach speeds 200-210 wpm with short bursts of texts though.
The typists all used a Das Keyboard 4 Professional with their choice of a Cherry MX Brown or Blue switch. Most selected the Brown switch which is not as clicky as the Blue.

Why did they have to all use the same keyboard?
This was to ensure there were no unfair advantages with the keyboard or software attached to the software.

Best of luck, kid. Get yourself a keyboard that you’re comfortable with, the right size keyboard changes a lot
