Press Ctrl+F to open the Find dialog, where you can type the text you want to search and click Find Next. You can also enable Match case and Find whole words only options.
Select the Insert tab and choose Icons. Then, type a keyword in the search box and select an icon from the displayed list.
Select the Home tab and choose Replace. Then, enter the text you want to find and replace in the Find what and Replace with boxes. Click Find Next and then Replace or Replace All.

It seems like good information BUT, you could make a drinking game (and end up with alcohol poisoning) if you even took a sip, let alone a shot, for every time he says "so go ahead and..." (do whatever feature he's just explained). I swear you could easily count 10-20+ times/minute though I didn't actually count. Sorry, but this is *crazy making* in a 3 hour video. I only made it 30 min. Slow pace is good, but no change in vocal inflections at all is also really boring :( Again, info seems good but presentation style matters a lot too.
