Hello. I wonder if you can point me in the right direction. I have made animated diagrams in PowerPoint and have made them into videos. My vision is that the viewer can watch it on their mobile phone and in fact it could be just on their phone as an app without any signal. i.e. like Flight mode. At the moment I am making them in landscape, but I would prefer that they are in portrait view as this is the traditional way that people view these diagrams.
I would also have these animated diagrams on my website. I have not figured out how to have a powerpoint presentation on a wordpress site.
Is there a way I could email you direct?. Best wishes.
Hey bro! how can I use design ideas in Powerpoint - MS Office 2019?
Is that only available on Office 365???
It's been a while since I've jumped for the subscribe button, thank you! You get straight to the point, there's no random waffling and your instructions are clear.
It's amazing how I thought I was already pretty much familiar with Microsoft apps but prove myself lacking everytime I watch Kevin's videos. But of course, it's only an effective tutorial because his contents are well put together. You are awesome, Kevin. Please keep it up!
I agree.
Thanks very much, got valuable knowledge.
Morph hands down has been my favorite feature. It has saved me so much time when trying to create complex animations without adding a bunch of animations. These are awesome tips. Great stuff Kevin! :)
Hovindu Watawala j know right. It’s honestly one of my favorite features that PowerPoint decided to include :)
I Have to aprecciate you man ....
you watch all of his video....
But in which country do you live??
Ankit Ghosh I live in the US. Also Kevin’s videos are super helpful so I enjoy watching them :)
@@TylerStanczak I Live in India...
Yes his videos are very interesting and super helpful!!
My Version doesn't have it!
Tip based upon my experience: After you preform the advance Morph (changing Large Cirle & Square names to !!Morph), the first transition from small circle to big circle will no longer work. You will need to change the name of the small circle to the same as the big circle i.e. now named '!!Morph'. This should now work again. BTW I really love your videos and have found them excellent, especially as I now work from home due to COVID. Keep up the great work and best of luck in this new venture! Greetings from Ireland :)
Dude I just love your videos. You make them so direct and straightforward. You go straight to the topic and explains exactly what's needed. thanks.
Thanks 😁👍🔥Enhanced !!Morph is super awesome
Just came here after watching one of ur videos 👏 u guys are the best. ❤️💙💯🚀🍀
I've used powerpoint for about 20 years, including the morph transition...yet in 3 minutes of this video I learned something valuable. Subscribed, liked, and will eagerly browse your content...well done!
I already learned a lot of these from your past tutorials. You my hero, Kevin! Haha
Whenever I have a tech question, I come to your page. Love your clean and concise videos. The timer tip was perfect!
So, I am a complete noob when it comes to PPT. This video has really opened my eyes at how to create some pretty cool actions within PPT to make it more interesting and I cannot wait to use these for my college and professional PPTs from now on. Please keep them coming!
You are like my friend in my head who is just telling me good information about MS. I’m literally going through your videos like a tv series. Thank you for sharing your knowledge
Same 😅😂
Truly enjoying and learning loads from ALL your videos Kevin while sharing your expertise with others. With technology ever evolving, please keep them coming! :-)

Thank you so much! I'm preparing my first PowerPoint presentation ever and will use a lot of your tips! Much appreciated!
Thanks Kevin! Awesome choice of good tips!
By the way 2 supplements: I love the shortcut ALT +F10 to open and close the selection pane.
And for the Eye Dropper you do not need the Snip & Sketch Tool. Just hold down the CTRL key to select colors outside the PowerPoint window.
Thx for the ALT+F10 one - really handy! (CTRL for the eye dropper doesn't work for me. But you can drag from within the window and release the mouse button anywhere on your screen.)
This is the best video so far. Realised shift plus shape, merge with fragmentes, ctrl plus drag to copy.snip and share, remove backgroup, crop aspect,
I did not even know about the possibility of inserting a timer. I did mine from scratch. Very helpful!
Inserting a timer is clutch... saves a lot of... time 🤣
Just so much goodness in this video! Thank you, Kevin. Great to see the action photo of your son at the end. So much joy in his expression.
You are absolutely helping me a lot. You are such a good teacher. I appreciate it. Thanks and God bless you.

A tour de force Kevin! At least three or four of these were on my list of 'wondering about'. Now I don't have to experiment and can just follow your instructions. Thanks.
Good choices! Many was unknown for me especially perfect shape and that selection pane which will make making slides easier. Thank you! Waiting for more PowerPoint tips.
Blown away by Morph! I’ve needed a countdown timer for years! I appreciate your tips.
Why doesn't my Ms PowerPoint have the morph? ☹️
Now I can upgrade my presentations. Thanks Kevin.
I don't use PowerPoint often anymore like in the past but will definitely keep this video handy. This is an outstanding PowerPoint tips and tricks video!
A big thanks. It is like sitting alongside a colleague who knows what you need because they've been in your place so many times.
These tutorials are probably the best I’ve seen on RUclips ….Bravo Kevin !
I'm surprised at how many of these I've used .... this is an excellent tutorial for using PowerPoint tools that make you look like a pro without feeling like you have to work hard .... Thanks for sharing....
So very clear and
helpful. Lots that I will use. Interested in more about transitions. I want to have my photos flow from one to the other instead of one stopping and the next one appearing.
That "designer ideas" option made my eyes pop! Suggesting icons as a function of the text is an awesome feature!
Awesome as always! Would love to learn how to use the add-in "wooclap" in a presentation. Thank you for making these amazing videos!!!!👍🏽
Love that selection pane! Needed to know this today!
You are by far the best presenter of Microsoft products! You make everything so easy, thank you 🙏
Great job, Kevin!! I would love to see the trick of adding a scroll bar in a presentation.
This is a wealth of information, seemingly little but with some creativity can be used to create awesome PowerPoint presentations!
These tricks are really useful and helpful. Many thanks for your effort to make clear lessons.
Thank you So much Kevin you are the best... Everything I need to learn in one video. I wish you and your family everything GOOD in Life... Dana
Hi Kevin. As usual, another amazing video. I work a ton with very sophisticated Excel workbooks with multiple tabs and lots of formulas (e.g. vlookup), and would appreciate a similar video for Excel. In particular I am struggling with embedding links into a single cell that has multiple texts. While it is easy to add a hyperlink to a single cell, I haven’t been able to figure out how to add different hyperlinks into a single cell and associate each hyperlink to a different text. Thank you 🙏🏻
Many Thanks Kevin , I've been using Microsoft PowerPoint for about 15 years and was thinking that I know all useful tools but this video added at least a knowledge of 7 more tools
Many Thanks again
That's awesome! I feel like I'm also constantly learning about new tools in Office apps... and I even worked on Office while at Microsoft 😄
Great tips! If you double click on a photo, it brings up crop tools! :)
This is so amazing Kevin. Thank you so much for producing such informative and quality videos!
I've only today discovered this guy. The tips are really great. Things have really changed since Windows 98.

This was an awesome way for me to start my New Year. Thanks a million Kevin. I am wondering why some of the features you mentioned do not show up on my version of Microsoft PowerPoint for Mac.
Pure gold! If only I could give it 10 Likes instead of just one. Thank you for sharing this! It's a jump starter.
As usual an outstanding job of showing great enhanced tools
hi, to match a color from anywhere on you computer you don't need to use the snip and sketch tool. All you have to do is take the eye dropper and move it anywhere on the computer but keep pressing down on the left mouse while moving it will capture that color. If you make your PPt smaller, then you can easily move the eyedropper (while holding the left mouse side down) onto any part of the computer even if you had a photo opened you can take that color and easily transfer it to your opened PPt slide.
Thank you for this awesome tutorial. I did learn a few tips.
