Freeze a lemon, whole. When frozen, grate, skin, flesh, everything, put it back in the freezer and use as a seasoning when needed. I would add the grated lemon to that beautiful dish Cara created :) Thank you for the recipe Cara :)
If you use a whole frozen lemon and then grind the zest, you will not lose any lemon rind oils, which defrost straight into the recipe mix and do not spray all over the kitchen counter.
Just slice the garlic clove in half and remove the vein. By doing so, you will be able to digest the garlic and no smell. I make a raw garlic dip and remove the veins, no gas or smell and all the nutrients are still intact! The dish looks delicious!

We used to eat raw sweet potato all the time when we were kids. My mom would be cutting it up for supper and she'd feed us slices of it. Yes, very very good! Love watching your videos guys! Cara rocks!
I finally made this recipe today. I'm not a big fan of heavy coconut flavor but this dish was awesome. It is a bit rich so can't eat much at a time but it's on the counter waiting for dinner. Definitely will make again. Boyfriend liked it wrapped in romaine as well. Thx Cara for a great recipe.

I made it with tahini, ponzu sauce( I'm running out of tamari, my mom was visiting and she hooked on my tamari.... ), I used curry plant as well, all fresh herbs from my garden, and it's true, it goes so well with a hint of mint leaves! I just ate a cucumber flower- decoration on my plate. It taste fresh. Cara, thanks again!

Great unique recipe.. I made this yesterday after I also purchased the same Mandolin food slicer, PL8 found at Bed Bath and Beyond, that Cara used in another video.. I made the recipe and wished I hadn't added as much curry, I could've cut it in half and been fine. I also added the juice of 2 limes to cut the curry taste. And thought it could use another bundle of Cilantro, I love Cilantro!!

I just made this and thought I wouldn't like it but Wow it's delicious! I used butternut squash noodles instead of sweet potato and I didn't have cilantro so I used parsley and it was as good as you say!
