So funny and true about those different characters within you sitting together with you at the table and walking everywhere with you. It will for sure influence the way I see the world from now on

As I was busy, but curious about the content of this video, at first I thought I would just have a taste of it for a few minutes and finish watching it later... but couldn't stop going straight right away. Such a rich content! Thank you, George, and Gaia! So generous of you bringing up so important issues and so much engraved in our modern lifestyle. Thank you for your generosity! 🪷🙏🪷

    Beautiful! And very helpful.
Having worked for many years as a craniosacral therapist, I am well used to accessing healing through the sensations of the body, and agree with Gaia on how easy it is to retraumatise others and one's self in this way. (I have to say that I am much better at working with others people's problems than with my own.)
Thankyou for your channel and, very much, for this post

Compassion comes from within ourselves first. We can't be compassionate to others if we are tyrants to ourselves. The balance of being compassionate to ourselves and to others is important. Emptiness and Peace within can be discovered; Chapter 11 Dao De Jing is Brilliant.

Thank you for the lovely conversation💜 I loved and sense the wast space Gaia Harvey creates around her welcoming to just be. I also wanted to be friend with you Gaia🙂 Holding a question is a nice method to not overwhemed whats obvious for the brain to make judgement about self and search the possibilities inside whats happening. I liked that very much. And i agree the hardest and most avoided work is between us.

Great talk so far! I wanted to see if your conversations were podcasts so I checked and found The Way in the app I use. However it says the latest episode is Nov 2023. Is it possible to upload the latest episodes to apps? Thanks for all you do.

Have you ever watched Mr.Rogers neighborhood? He shares his inner selves as different characters, from the very shy Daniel Tiger, to the rather pompous King Friday. Therapy for children, of all ages

Yes because humans are not God and thinking you can earn your way up some imaginary ranks through self actualization is bizarre. God came to me in 2016 when I almost killed my self, and he has a super intelligence way beyond us, pure love that is able to seep through us humans or our music etc , and we are like CHILDREN by comparison. That’s the missing piece a lot of these people have. You would never love a child more because they’re so good at meditating, or being their version of “perfect” or a “good person” by their standards. Someone can have the most gorgeous heart and shine so much of Gods love and know nothing about spiritual concepts, how to meditate, not sound or look good
